My husband brought 5 – 6 dress shirts to this place. He’s only worn them 2 – 3 and when we got them back there was Frey marks. It looked like tiny holes along the hem where the buttons are and the collar. We brought it to their attention but they said it was wear and tear. This is impossible since he’s only worn it at most 5 times and there were no issues with the shirt before bringing it to them. They wouldn’t take responsibility for their error. If you want to prevent your clothes from having holes or possibly other issues don’t bring your clothes here.

Hello, folks! This is my 30^th review and I am happy that the Granada Cleaners is the recipient of my kudos. My wife and I have been using its services for three years after several other such dealers closed due to construction on Cleveland Street.
Many, would ask what’s so special about a dry cleaners, nothing goes on there? But we have learned after 50 years of using such businesses, there are many differences.
Granada has a plan — take care of the customer. Who is concerned about receiving shirts back with missing buttons? Granada has a fix for that. It’s called «button give back with thread affix.»
Sometime, we do not dwell on the story of collar creases, sleeve creases and cuff work. Granada does a nice job in these areas, consistently.
