Friendly, great food, great service, every time! Try the breakfast, or coneys and don’t forget the disco fries! Yum!

I think they try hard here. Our experience was broken up by bussing tables, orders being incorrect and annoying tun fans. Food was meh.

Breakfast is awesome here too. The food is great, portion sizes make you sleepy, and the staff are very friendly and make sure you are well taken care of. We are becoming regulars here.

Wow! I wasn’t expecting much since I had quite a miserable trip to Dundee’s Splash«Universe» but this breakfast more than made up for it!!! My daughter’s french toast was to die for!!! And thankfully she’s only three so mama scored some extra bites! My country omelet came out looking like a mound of heart attack inducing juicy, deliciousness. The sausage gravy was savory with the slight bit of pepper you love. It covered my omelet and oozed into the egg, onion, cheese, ham, and hash browns to create a creamy, flavorful comfort-of-home experience with each bite. I don’t recommend eating this each weekend but when you need a calorie packed feel good, pick me up breakfast– this is it. Service was great and very gracious with my two, beautiful yet messy princesses. The day after the big MSU win against U of M and I saw quite a few green shirts so you know their clientele are amongst the best in Michigan :)

We’ve been here many times in the 10 months I’ve lived in Dundee and this place hasn’t let us down once. Large portions, great price, great food. The staff has always been friendly and the service is quick. It’s a typical coney place as far as menu but much better than the other coney in Dundee, in my opinion. It’s located in a historic downtown building which makes the atmosphere interesting as well. It’s always clean. My favorite thing here is either breakfast items or their Greek salad with pink dressing and pita. We are moving from Dundee but I would stop back here over other places around here when back in the area.

Liver and onions, with real mashed potatoes and gravy. Bacon cheeseburger omelette. All good food. Quiet atmosphere, roomy booths. Attentive service.

Water out in Toledo made us roam for breakfast… And I’m glad we did. We found Bricktown great food at a low price excellent service and you have to try an omelet with their chile. A new favorite place for breakfast.

Making our sixth seven hour drive from Columbus, OH, to Twin Lake, MI in five months, we decided to look for something different. This was literally the first non-chain place we saw once we turned off the highway, and since we liked the way it looked, we gave it a try. Glad we did! Hubby had the coneys and said he would give them 4.5 stars — «pretty damn good» is what he actually said. Daughter loved the chicken soup, as well as the mashed potatoes that came with my meatloaf, which was also tasty. The breakfast menu looked amazing! Service was friendly and excellent. I would definitely go back.

Visiting the area and were tired of fast food. We saw the restaurant and decided to give it a try. I’m glad we did! The fish & fries were very good as was the burger. Burger was very big & cooked to my request. The children’s spaghetti was very large & we took most of it in a carryout. Service was great & workers were friendly. Definitely worth a second(or more) trip back for another meal.

Stopped in Dundee to grab a quick lunch while on a road trip and gave Bricktown a try. Let’s get real: this is a coney island/diner. The décor and service reflect that, okay? Nothing fancy here. If you can get past that, you’re in for an inexpensive treat. The crowd appeared to be mostly regulars when we were in, and I enjoyed watching the customers interact with the employees. We got a couple of juicy lucy’s(cheese-stuffed burgers) and they were GREAT! Piping hot, full of melty cheese, topped with mayo, lettuce, onion and tomato at no extra charge… and our bill was $ 12 for two meals and drinks. Wowsers.

GREATCONEYDOGS! The buns fresh, the dogs natural casing with a good snap. The chili was flavorful and the fries were thin and hot. My wife loved the homemade chicken soup and was very impressed that the club sandwich was made with whole grilled chicken breast and thick bacon. My son had a bacon cheese burger and liked how the bacon didn’t pull out as he bit into it. Fried Ice cream for dessert. I will stop in again sometime

Just to clarify, this is not the place next to a Chinese restaurant, it’s downtown Dundee, and not at all like a Coney chain store. Clean and quaint family diner located inside the shell of a very old brick building in the heart of Dundee. We always park in the street, but I think there’s a lot in the back with additional parking. Service is friendly and efficient. Roomy, open feel. Breakfasts are fantastic, as are the lunches and dinners. I have not had a bad meal there. The specials board is worth a look. Monday is sliders(or slidders, as they call them) and they are a trip back in time to the ten cent hamburger stands like Top Hat, Carter’s, etc. Excellent! The stuffed pepper soup was also something very special. Maybe a bit too much ESPN on the big screens for me, but all in all a great experience and a great value as well.

BESTHASHEVER. I am a big fan of corned beef hash and this is the best I ever had at any restaurant. LOCATION If this is the correct Coney, that’s next to a Chinese restaurant in a brick plaza in Dundee, then this is the place. CONEYCHAINATMOSPHERE I mean, those who go to Coney chain places know generally what to expect for atmosphere so this is a straight up diner. I’ve been to some bad, nasty Coney’s never to return, or only to return for a 2 a.m. feed fest to push down alcohol misery(no judging people LOL), but this is NOT that type of Coney. This is a great mid-morning, weekend b-fast kind of place. Super fresh and very clean. SERVICE It’s very clean and the service is great. I have no complaints whatsoever about service. Always perfect. Service in a group is still great. MENU Great selection of breakfast choices that run the usual gamut of b-fast choices that you could ever want. Their omlets are huge and fluffy. Pancakes, yummmmmmy. Hash– THEBEST, did I say that already? Anyway, if you’re in the Dundee area, this is the spot to stop for breakfast. I’ve been many times and am never ever disappointed. so have some HASH already people!
