These guys are the BEST. Friendly, helpful — they’re always happy to stop what they’re doing and explain things to me, give me options and pricing. If you’re in the Northfield/Dundas area and need your car serviced or detailed, this is by far your best choice.

I’ve only used CarTime for oil changes. The first time was because we had a coupon, but now we bring our cars there regularly. Staff is friendly and accommodating. I’m able to call and schedule service right around the time I want, every time.
The waiting area is clean, including bathrooms, which is usually a disaster at auto repair shops. Fresh coffee, a soda machine, and free wifi.
I would recommend CarTime to anyone who needs a quick oil change. They’re great!

I went here based on the initial Unilocal!reviews I read, which spoke highly of CarTime. I would agree — these guys are honest and have excellent customer service. Their waiting area is also nice. I have gone back more than once and would recommend them for car repairs and maintenance.

The guys at CarTime do a great job. I have been to several places in Northfield and they blew all the others out of the water. I have been taking my cars their for everything for the past 2 years. They have reasonable prices and their customer services is top notch. I highly recommend them.

I had my truck there at least a dozen times for the same issue. During one of these occasions they let me use their loaner vehicle. Driving down my gravel road and suddenly the control arm snapped… on their own vehicle. After a 45 minute wait they bring me another, i get in and start driving away only to realize the wiper blade on the driver side is hanging on by a thread, of course during the worst snow storm of the year. I got home and duct taped the blade so I could get back to town. Upon getting back to town to pick up my truck I am told that the technician had taken it home. I informed them that I needed my truck as there was going to be a heavy snow, so I waited another 20 minutes to get it back. After many spent dollars and wasted time I am just trying to prevent another person from going through this.

I started taking my car here shortly after my parents moved to Northfield (about seven years now). I now live in Milwaukee and wait to have repairs done until I come back for a visit. Small or large they are always FAIR and HONEST. Chris, Jared, and Dustin are simply the best service writers I have ever worked with. They are excellent communicators and give the facts without the upsell. The facility is dealer level and they seem to use high quality products. I cannot say enough good things about them they are great!
