This little gem is wonderful. I can’t wait to go in and talk with Carolyn face to face. I spoke with her about my health concerns, and she really, underline, really cares. I’ve been in there before to pick things I already know about. (Usually something Dr. Oz recommends lol) but this time I needed knowledgeable advice, and that’s exactly what I received! I hope you stop in there for your supplement needs, instead of a big box store, you will also see the have educational materials. Stay well my friends!

This is a tiny little health food store tucked away in a small strip mall but it has everything you need. I buy the best candied ginger in here and the most melt in your mouth vitamin B12 tabs you can get. The staff is super helpful and knows their stuff. They have make up and personal care stuff, baby items and weight loss/​gain stuff. It’s an all around, no nonsense health food store. I like it just fine.
