Awesome service great drinks! Reasonably priced! I love it here! What more could you ask??? The best time is lunch time! I had the salad, bread sticks, and vegetable piadini, all for 6.99! It was delightful!

This is my first negative Unilocal review ever but I feel I owe it to other reps in my type of business that cater meals often to warn them… Do NOT order catering from this location. While I am sure other Olive Garden locations do a fantastic job at catering this location does not. Let me say the food was excellent but it was 40 minutes late. I ordered online the night before and specified an 11:30 pick up time. I also paid online for expediency since I would be on my way to an important customer meeting. I showed up at 11:50 and waited an additional 30 minutes. I was actually very lucky that I was riding with another rep and they were able to wait for the order while I went on to the meeting and explained why the food was so late. The other 5 ladies waiting for their catering order were not so lucky and one of them said they had been waiting 2 hours! The 2 ladies that worked for Olive Garden doing the take out order were so rude and very annoyed that we were all in a hurry. They were NOT in a hurry, did not apologize, and were very put out that I asked a couple of times for my order. Please do not waste your time here.

I love Olive Garden and have since I can remember went by today for a solo lunch. Waited about 5 minutes for a table not bad. Was seated my waiter which I don’t remember his name was sweet, took good care of me on top of being triple sat I got a glass of moscato and the cheese ravioli with meat sauce and of coarse salad and bread sticks everything was good, I just felt bad for my waiter I could tell the other table he had was being difficult and I could tell he was trying his best. So I tipped him extra good to make up for the tip I was pretty sure he wouldn’t get from them just because I can tell cheap when I see it. But all in all everything was awesome! Will be back more often!

I’m a fan the Olive Garden restaurants. My server today was very attentive. Olive Garden salads are always fresh and delicious — true to form. However, the spaghetti was not very tasty. I had a craving for spaghetti and didn’t want to cook, so I came here. I don’t usually order spaghetti when dining out, and I guess I won’t be ordering again any time soon. The chain’s just not what it use to be. Oh well, so long yesteryear.

This is by far my favorite Olive Garden. The service has ALWAYS remained great! Especially the To-Go area at the bar. This bar tender has made some of the most delicious drinks while I wait such as the lemoncello martini and of course they are always sticked with my Grand Marnier!

My server Janet R. started me out on a wine sample I did not expect. She was a really good server and very attentive. My food was hot and just as I requested. The only downside to the visit was the different routine with this location and its policies to breadsticks. Some olive gardens serve breadsticks immediately, I had mine later. No big deal though

This Olive Garden is good. Not the best, but not the worst. Breadsticks were the best I’ve had since my visit to the O.G. in south Austin.

First dining in at this lication. We usually take our order to go. Tonight’s service was superb. We sat in Kevin B. section. He was on it service wise! Foid is always good so no issue there. Kevin brought our to go boxes without being asked and even to go drinks. I used to be a server and I always watch how servers handle the sections, especially during peak times. We will definitely return just because of the service. Thanks Kevin… you are the real MVP tonight!!!

Waitress was great. Food was horrible. Do not come here unless you want dry bread and soggy salad

I was going to boycott all Olive Garden’s thanks to several terrible visits at the Duncanville Olive Garden. On another visit the terrible waitress didn’t get tipped more than 10%. She tipped herself more than that. Since I lost my receipt I didn’t dispute the charge. My fiancé ended up chewing on a wad of plastic on another visit. The manager was called over and apologized. He acknowledged they do have some pre-made foods which confirmed our suspicions. He comp’d the meal. I vouched never to go back! But it didn’t last long thanks to a sommelier I spoke to who recommended wine tasting at Olive Garden. So we decided to go to the bar late one night and get our wine tasting on. The bartender was helpful and gave us the run down on all the wines. We tried rosato, moscato and a few others. We decided to try the panacotta which was really light. I’m panacotta obsessed now but it’s not freshly made. So who knows how many preservatives make it taste that way. We also had a few italian margaritas and left there feeling accomplished. I’d taken notes on the wines and thanked the bartender for his help. He was totally attentive. So now, I’ll return to Olive Garden but not for the food. Maybe we’ll have a dessert or an appetizer at the bar. We’ll return for the drinks because you can get better Italian at Maggiano’s.

If you’ve gone to one Olive Garden then you’ve been to them all right? WRONG. For the most part everything was great. Friendly staff, seated promptly clean and neat place. Food on the other hand was cold. I had ordered the soup and salad. Salad had very little dressing on it but I guess I should have ordered extra dressing. My first bowl of tascana soup was perfect. The second was cold. Not warm or nothing but just plain cold. It was like it had been sitting in the back for a while and don’t get me started on the either slightly undercooked or overcooked hard bread. I will just have to drive a little more and visit the mesquite location.

I am usually fan of Olive Garden, but this location was absolutely full, lots of people, but food was very salty, I think OG got a good deal on salt and bought bunch of it and now everything is salty. May be chef was too busy to give proper attention to the each food !!

Just a bit disappointed to get there minutes before they said my food would be ready and it was cold. You go here for quick, around the corner Italian food, nothing more, nothing less.

My mother, their pasta maker for a couple years, was one of the first employees the customers would see when they walked in this Olive Garden Restaurant, where, because she would take some home, herself, I learn how very good their Italian peoples food was. My mother was intelligent, and a very enjoyable personality.

Have eaten Here a number of times typically retirement lunches and most recently 2 weeks ago. Food is as okay as frozen italian food can be — service is good. What kills this place is the smell inside the restaurant. It is horrible. Smells like three month salad dressing and cheese ground into the carpets. Absolutely nasty. Not looking forward to going there for my bosses retirement luncheon in two weeks. Ditch the carpet — or clean it well. I rather eat in the men’s room — actually smells better.

Food was good & even with a large group our server(named Q) was very friendly and attentive. Got the 2 for $ 25 and I loved the chocolate mousse. Bathroom was clean too.

If i could Give them zero stars I would! We sat waiting for our order to be taken for at least 10 min. I had to get up and ask the hostess for a server. The manager and two waiters came to us after that and asked for our order before we were set up with the actual waiter for our area. Will not be going back there

It’s Olive Garden. I wish I could say more, but what can I say? Meh sums it up. The only reason they get two stars is because of the great customer service we got.

It’s the Olive Garden. What more can you expect from corporate Italian restaurant. The food was ok at best. I don’t why I keep coming back to this location, I guess cause its close to home. But service here is God awful. It always has been, for as long I can remember. Don’t ever come during the dinner rush. The servers rush and don’t not attend to your table at all unless you have a big party. Best time is after the rush where it is more relax.

Decided to take my husband out to Olive Garden for his birthday. We were asked how many in our party and we responded 2 with a possibility of 2 or more coming. They sat us at a tiny 4 top. My husband and I are large people and I actually had to wait for the people next to us to leave before I could get comfortable and not be in the aisle. We chose to get the 2 for $ 25 deal. I chose the Tuscan Garlic Chicken and my husband had the Spicy Shrimp Vesuvio with a choice of 2 dolcinis for dessert. I don’t like spicy food but I love shrimp so I asked the waiter if it was possible to get a sample and see how spicy the shrimp dish was. He brought out a small bowl of the sauce. It was too spicy for me but I appreciate it all the same. Most people love love love the bread sticks there and I am one of them. Not this time. I had to ask the waiter for fresh bread sticks because the ones he brought were cold and hard, he took the remaining 3(out of 5) and brought back 3 that tasted the same as the first time just a little warmer. We think he might have just popped them in the warmer instead of bringing totally fresh ones. He finally brought fresh ones at the end of the meal right before we got our desserts. I had also asked him to hold our food order until our friend got there. Our friend sat down and in less than 5 minutes, our food was on the table before our friend could even order. Our friend told us to eat and not wait on him it was fine. We felt bad but we were hungry so we dug in. The food was excellent of course so no real complaints about it. We loved the dolcinis. I saw them and before I could stop myself it popped out«O my goodness they are so cute!» I had chosen a chocolate mouse and my husband chose a limoncello mousse. It was excellent and just small enough to top of a wonderful meal with out being too much. I took away the 2 stars because of the seating and the bread sticks.
