Excellent pizza here. The crust really is the difference! Also there personal size pizzas are well worth the $. Good sized and always filling. I also recommend the Jim Sticks. Garlic n cheese, hell yea. Customer service has always been good here to me. I’ve been a LONGTIME customer and will continue to be.

Good pizza and good service. Sure it’s not Chicago style pizza, but the way I customize my pizza, no one who eats it complains. You can order your pizza how you like your pie, I like mine with less sauce, more cheese, and custom crust, which is not left to the side, but actually devoured. I’m always asked by my boyfriend what kind of crust that was because it was good! So order your toppings to your liking, eat in or order it to your convenience and I’d say,” its a big pizza pie” and you’ll like it.

The food here is phenomenal. If you are the type of person who will pay full price for a pizza(you’re looking at $ 15 – 20 for one large here), you will love this place. If you want to use a coupon — one they have sent you in the mail, one they have emailed you, or one on their site, just go somewhere else. The corporate online page announces that this(Duncanville) location does not participate in online discounts, so, fine. We either order via the phone or go to the Cedar Hill location, which luckily for us is only a tad further of a drive. However, they(Duncanville location) even fight with you for coupons that THEY sent you in the mail(that are only redeemable at the Duncanville location), or coupons that come in the email from Mr. Jim’s corporate. I am not sure how they can fight accepting coupons that they mailed to me… doesn’t seem like good business sense. We are more or less fed up with trying to order from this location and will go to Cedar Hill instead about 90% of the time. Yesterday, I was going to stop and grab a pizza for us while on the way home from work. Because we had been emailed a coupon from Mr. Jim’s corporate earlier in the day, we wanted to make sure the Duncanville location would accept it via a phone order. Duncanville is on the way home from work and with all the snow I didn’t want to bother driving to the other store. Earlier in the afternoon we called the D’ville location to ensure they would accept the coupon. «Oh, sure, no problem.» Of course, when we called to actually place the order they said they wouldn’t accept it. This is our pizza chain of choice and we order from this place all the time, and the service we get from them is atrocious. I am so glad the Cedar Hill location is just a short drive(although they won’t deliver to us), so we can still get the great pizza at the prices they advertise. Edit — 11-12-2010 — they now will accept online coupons. Bumping them up to 4 stars from 2.
