If I could give them negative 5 stars I would. This was a nightmare from the beginning. They were nearly an hr late, unprofessional, ran the clock knowing I was being charged by the hour, damaged the walls in my rent house I was leaving, dropped boxes that clearly said fragile on it (one of the boxes was dropped twice!!), missing items, disassembled a table to fit through door that i instructed them to leave in garage in new house but didn’t instruct them to leave disassembled, left bed frame in garage, left boxed stacked upside down, sideways, and squished labeled as fragile, after all this I find out my dryer isn’t working properly after I just used it the day of the move and it was fine, scratches on my washer and dryer, all my things were manhandled no matter how it was labeled, instructed me to operate the lift on the truck that I am not authorized to use, unprofessional conversation, just careless serve over all. Called to complain twice and finally go ahold of «Mr. HARRIS» awaiting call back but he didn’t seem too concerned about the issue. I’m over all this BS and would never recommend this company to my worst enemy. What a waste of time and money. 350 bucks for 3 hrs of work that could of been done issue 2. Beyond livid.

Oh, my god! This company was a life saver for my daughter and I. I don’t know if you ever need to clean and clear out that over stock garage, but mine was part of my summer get it together, period! I called and spoke with Mr. Harris, and told him I didn’t need to move my things out of my garage, but to place many… many boxes and things in my newly renovated attic, after just having some great guys place a flooring in my attic. He give me a quote that was better than all of the other moving companies I had called to come out on a short notice.
The two guys came with such respect and they were professional, without complaining about the attic being real hot! They did the job that we so desperately needed. I gave them lunch and a tip! I love this company and those guys. They are my movers for life. I’m going to use them again to move my things out of my storage unit! I now can save money on that Darn storage unit!
