I have used this shop a handful of times and they have always been great, fast and affordable. I called short notice to get my car in for what I thought needed new break pads and they assessed the situation and found that I did not need them. They could easily have charged me for the time and labor to check on this and did not. I will continue to use this auto shop in the future.

We were in a pinch. My daughter’s VW Beetle wouldn’t pass inspection, so we decided to take it to Duncanville Automotive and Muffler. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it within a couple of hours. The repairs were quick and the cost was less than the estimate! We’ll definitely return!

If you have time to waste go to Duncanville Automotive & Muffler. My vehicle needed a new engine. I was told, by the owner, «We’ll have it ready, in two weeks.» Two weeks later I was told they needed another week because they just received a part that was needed. Another week and they said they needed more time. Every week after I go the run around. They had my vehicle ALMOST SIX WEEKS, and then it was ready. I had to repeatedly contact them. They never once updated me on my vehicle’s status. They take on more work than they can handle, thus wasting your time. I strongly recommend you try any other garage off Main Street.
