1st of all Kevin o, if you don’t like it don’t shop here. This place has the best customer service, it might be small but it’s worth it for the amount of respect they have for their customers. These days it’s NOT the amount of merchandise or the size of the store that counts, it’s the respect and the feeling that your apart of their family that matters. 2nd of all, I used to drive to Richardson and Arlington all the time just to get liquid, now all I have to do is pick up the phone and call and request what I want when I’m running short on time. I get there and she has it ready to go. That’s customer service. They know their stuff and make the liquid onsite. I will continue to shop there. Renee, Joe and the others are the most welcoming and friendly group you WILL ever meet. Thanks Renee for always being so friendly and going out of your way to help your customers. I only have 1 complaint, Unilocal does not have enough stars, I give 20 stars!!!

Best ejuice I’ve tried. Love the X2O kit. Battery lasts all day and holds a lot of juice too!
