The Pub

I went on March 12^th… Great day time bartender. Food, drinks, I tip him 22.00 cash. I go in today, same bartender. 2 beers, tip him good, use my card because they do not have an ATM… Dan comes on behind the bar. I talk to nobody, bother nobody… I offer somebody a drink in exchange for a smoke. I buy us both beers, tip good, use my card. Buy another Michelob ultra, use my card. Try to buy another beer, Dan says I can’t. I try to buy food to go, Dan says no. There is NO reason to refuse service. He questioned the use of my card. I’ve never been to a bar and had an experience like this. I will never go there again. Then, some of the clients (regulars) were giving me a hard time and told me to walk to an ATM machine? Unreal.

Best burger in town. They have great homemade soups and specials. Great atmosphere for watching your favorite sports or hanging out with friends.

Considering the options in town, I can’t imagine eating anywhere else.
The server/​bartender was super friendly to us (we were two hikers, clearly from out of town) and we proceeded to eat all of the vegetarian options on the menu:
Nachos: classic with gooey nacho cheese
Grilled cheese: made on thick texas toast
Tomato soup: a delicious pair with the sandwich
Fried Oreos: messed up delicious
I’d come back if ever in the area.

Family orientented. If your not part of the «group» of hang outs, you do not feel like you fit in there. Ok food and ok drink prices. I would go to Sorrentos or Tubby’s at the end of town before going here. The regulars and young crowd seem to «own» the place.
