I have been trying to get an appointment for OVER THREE WEEKS!!! I have left at least 6+ voicemails. I even spoke to the director himself, gave him all my information, he assured me someone would call me back that day. That was over a week ago, and despite leaving numerous messages since then, still no one has called me back. I shouldn’t have to fight to make an appointment. It shouldn’t be this difficult. Giving up and going elsewhere — not even sure why I have tried this hard to begin with.
