Ruby Tuesday

wowwww! the price I just paid for a free birthday burger, bartender didn’t send my order or cook didn’t bother to read it, I waited a total of 35 minutes for a classic burger, on top he doesn’t make a simple burger right, oh yeah they didn’t even bother to try to figure what I ordered in the first place.
the bartender chases me to the car to give me the bacon LOL!
will not spend One cent on this place where most dishes have a frozen, reheated food.
not surprised on why the place is always dead! .
oh well the burger was free!

Absolutely perfect service. My waiter was one of the best I’ve ever had a ruby Tuesday’s. The salad bar was wonderful and the food looked amazing.
I was full off of the salad and bread so I decided to bring my tilapia home. When I got home and ate it I discovered scales on my tilapia. Now I know for a fact that tilapia doesn’t come with scales so now I’m left to wonder what they served me…
Their only getting 2 stars because of my amazing server

Ooh! I wouldn’t eat here again. The place stinks like they clean it with a dirty rag. The employees were nice enough but what’s up with all the neck tattoos? The food was terrible. I’m wondering if they know what a jalapeño is. When you get here keep driving.

Went on a Tuesday night and the restaurant wasn’t very busy except for the bar area. Service was horrible, food was horrible. I ordered the salmon and it was horrible, could tell the salmon was throw in the microwave. I will never go back to this Ruby Tuesday’s even if the meal was free, the food and service was that bad.1 of the 4 people in my party did enjoy the spicy chicken sandwich which I tasted and was pretty decent.

Ruby Tuesdays is probably my favorite of the chains you always see around (Fridays, Applebees, chilis) This location is really good. Ive been here numerous times and its always been good. Service is always excellent. Salad bars always stocked too.
One quick note, theres an Applebees right next to it which is always empty. and theres reason. I would avoid there at ALL costs!

Service is really good, kept drinks full, knowledge of menu. Food wise, salad bar is great for me as I like a handful of veggies, my entrée was just ok, chicken tenders and ribs. The chicken was flavorful the ribs had ok taste but were tough and really fatty. The restaurant is clean, I would give them another try. I did not bring it the attention of management as I was in a hurry.

Since moving here, we have visited this location three times since May 14, we will not be back. The food is ok, normal Ruby Tuesday fare, however, we will not return since they have been unable to fix their air conditioning. We were here on 29 Dec and at 4pm, the restaurant was so COLD! At 41 degrees, it was warmer outside. Since this is the 3^rd time we have had to wear our coats while eating, we mentioned this to our server, including the fact that this was the 3^rd time! He acknowledged the issue and said that they had tried to get the A/​C fixed, but that nothing could be done. Ok Ruby Tuesday, but we went to Outback yesterday, and it was nice and warm inside and it was cheaper!

I go here a lot and I’m always happy to get this one particular waiter who is always friendly and engaging. The food is good for its grade of restaurant.

I’d say this is a two and a half or a three out of five. The food is standard RT’s food that you’ll find at any of their restaurants. I have gotten curb side before, though I sat in my car for 5 – 10 min, no one ever came out. Curb side quickly became takeout, as it I had to go in to get my food. Inside could probably use a good cleaning more often that they do. It just sort of feels dusty.

Chicken tenders were fried too hard. Salad bar was not presentable or fresh. Steak was warm, not hot. Haven’t been to a Ruby Tuesday in years. Won’t be going back anytime soon.

Table was dirty, server either didn’t notice or pretended not to. We ordered a soda and a beer, both took too long to get to the table (almost five minutes) and were underfilled.
We both ordered bacon cheeseburgers, medium-​well and well done. Both were bright pink when brought to the table, and cold in the middle. We sent them back to the kitchen right away, and almost fifteen minutes later, we were brought back our burgers, one with half a strip of bacon and one with no bacon. Once again, we sent them back. Eventually, we were brought our bacon cheeseburgers back, made correctly. They weren’t bad, but a little flavorless. Fries were semi-​cold.
The waitress was very friendly and apologetic throughout our meal, which is the only reason for the 2 stars instead of 1.
Probably won’t go back.

Normally I’m not one to review chain restaurants, but this place warranted a rating. I’m usually a fan of Ruby Tuesday, mostly because of their awesome salad bar. But, this location sucks. The service wasn’t great, the glasses were dirty, and the food wasn’t on par with what I know Ruby Tuesday has. The salad bar didn’t have half the options most locations do and my meal was way overdone (while my husband and mom’s were undercooked). We had to track down our server to get drink refills and to get our check. Not a good location and we will not return.

Way to expensive. You’re better off going to the Cheesecake Factory for the prices. Avoid chicken strips, mcdonalds has bigger food proportions.
Surf and turf for 22 $. What a rip. Was so disappointed, go to outback.
Service was slow at best.
Will never go back knowing there are better restaurants around the area. Would have been better to just go to Taco Bell.

We had great meal at this restaurant on 10/​12/​2013. The baby back ribs at Ruby Tuesdays are my favorite, and the Dumfries store did not disappoint. The rest of our group of four enjoyed their meals, too. The salad bar was truly impressive. Our waitress Britney told us she’d just started the week before, but you wouldn’t have known otherwise. She was great. The only awkward moment was when she carded me and my wife, even though we’re both clearly in our 50’s. The berry sangria was worth every penny. Only complaint: the booths are too small for four people. Give me some elbow room Ruby.

After giving up on the Ruby Tuesday on Prince William Parkway in Dale City because EVERYTHING there goes wrong we tried this Ruby Tuesday. I found they have a good waitress named Rachael. She is great though apparently sometimes really stretched thin. I ordered the sirloin steak, a side of mashed potatoes and the salad bar. My wife had a coupon for a free hamburger. Oh yes, when we first come in they seated us in the dark. I had to go twice to tell them to turn on the lights so we could see the menu. That was a first. The salad bar was well stocked, not like the crummy salad bar at the other Ruby Tuesday. And Rachael is a good waitress, not like the waiter we had at the other Ruby Tuesday who let us sit over 25 minutes before we got up and left. This place or any Ruby Tuesday has rather a limited menu so I can’t go back too soon as there is not much on the menu for me to order.

My husband and I had dinner there last night. He took out his iPhone and put it on the table to watch the Nats game. He ordered a medium rare steak that arrived well done and he sent it back. The manager brought out broccoli and mashed potatoes to eat while waiting for his steak, but they were cold. I ordered the tilapia and rice pilaf which was overcooked and mushy. In frustration, he decided to cancel his order and paid for our drinks and we left. En route to another restaurant, he realized he left his phone on the table. When he arrived back at Ruby’s the busboy said that he picked up the phone and gave it to our server. The server denied ever seeing it. My husband called the police. Everyone denied seeing it and the restaurant had no interior cameras, only exterior. Could only file a report. Gov’t phone so no cost to us, but detestable just the same. The Find my iPhone app couldn’t track it because it’d been shut down. However, after 11pm that night it was turned again and the app erased it. So it is confirmed that someone at Ruby’s took it!!!

The only reason I would actually go to this Ruby Tuesday was for the Zucchini Minis. This restaurant chain really does not offer many vegetarian friendly options unlike the other chains. Just the other day I went to Ruby’s and the waitress told me they changed the menu (which they hadn’t received yet) and they no longer made the Zucchini Mini’s.
Confusing since the main Ruby’s website still shows the option of ordering them. This was almost as good as the time that they «didn’t have any crab cakes» on another previous visit.
Now with the Zucchini Mini’s gone I really no longer see a reason to go to Ruby Tuesday’s. Their food is identical with any other restaurant chain out there and with better service and quality.

Okay over the years the quality at Ruby Tuesday has slowly declined. Fast forward to a couple days ago. Someone rammed their car into the power line by the apartment so the power in the entire complex was out. We couldn’t make dinner so we had to go out.
We decided to try this Ruby Tuesday but I was certain it would be terrible. I was pleasantly surprised.
We ordered the bacon cheeseburger which was perfectly cooked and delicious.
I can’t remember what my wife and son had but there were no complaints from them.

Overheard conversations that were a little too personal from the staff, and the bar area was odd. The bartender was hugging all over the manager, and my beer’s label had an expiration date. The TVs were outdated too, a simple expense to attract a solid middle class group. Instead, we get the usual sub-​par standard from an established chain — it is what it is.

Our first visit here we were seated promptly, had an excellent waitress, food was good and we vowed to return.
Our second visit the food was good, seating prompt but our waiter was slower than molasses in the dead of winter. I asked for sweet tea and some time later the guy came back and asked of we needed anything without having the tea… er, yeah-​the tea that I asked for before would be good please. My sister couldn’t get some ketchup for her burger until I got up to seek out anyone that could find what was «the red gold» at that point.
My wife and I ordered a blondie for two that was definitely sized for one…
All of this and it wasn’t even busy. My sister wondered out loud during the meal if our waiter had to rub one out in between visits for as long as it took. If you get a skinny guy named Zack-​definitely ask for someone else unless you have TONS of time to sit around wondering where you food or waiter is. Heck, I wrote this review while waiting for him.
Update: we went back for a third time and received the good service in line with the first visit so I upgraded the rating. Why are the blondies so small now! Freaking love that dessert but this isn’t fine french food! Gimme a good piece the money warrants.
