Don’t know about the earlier reviews, but stopped in because it was on my way… the guy in the store was extremely helpful and was never rude. I will definitely go back! No complaints!!!

Very poor and worst customer service. Will never ever come back! Worst customer service and the manager do not do his job.
Here’s the thing,
I bought an item that does not work. I already throw the receipt away and will not dig in the trash for it. I called right away and the lady said we need a manager to let you exchange. Well, the manager wasn’t there so she took my number and said the manager will call you. I NEVER GOT A PHONE CALL.
After a couple of days, I called again and said the manager might be in the different store, so I called the store in Woodbridge, manager is not in so the lady took my number again. NEVER GOT A PHONE CALL.
Two weeks later, I called again and spoke with the manager Jerry, he said he never got my number. He said that he need the receipt to do it, pretty much I can’t. What a waste of time. and yes Jerry, a lot of store will let you exchange an item that does not work and a piece of s**t, don’t you know that a**?
