This is a really huge store with a very wide selection of all hair needs. However, they have sketchy tactics in pricing such as having sale prices on items only to get to the counter and they always seem to claim it’s for a totally different item that is not marked on the sale sticker (happen to me twice already). Most of the staff is helpful and nice but there is a cashier that has been there lately and this particular lady reminds me why I stop shopping at these type of stores in the first place. She’s not very helpful and arrogant and seems to not acknowledge you whatsoever while she’s ringing you up, basically she doesn’t make you feel like a valued customer. Now I go to Alpharetta to Ultra Beauty and they are the best in customer service and they also have reasonable prices and its worth the long drive.

This place is huge and has more than everything a girl needs. It’s always exciting going there seeing new things. The employees are friendly enough to take care of what you need. I’m the type to just get what I need and go. So I have no problem coming here. But do be aware of their return policy.

This beauty supply store is very large and has a variety of wigs, hats, weaves & hair care products. It is always very neat but be mindful when purchasing products Bc some of them are old (fingernail polish, haircare products etc). The pricing is competitive with other stores & the staff is friendly.

This beauty supply store is just okay. It’s down the street from my job, so it’s convenient to run up there at lunch and get what I need. The store is huge and has a wide variety of hair and hair products (for both the professional and kitchen beauticians). The only issue is, they’re not overly friendly there. They are not rude, but they could sometimes be a little nicer. It’s seriously making me reconsider whether or not I should continue going there.

This place is absolutely HUGE! It is located at the corner of Pleasant Hill Road and Peachtree Industrial Blvd, in the Kroger Center. I’ve past it often but never took the time to go in until today. It has all things HAIR! Rows of synthetic/​natural hair, wigs, accessories, products and even clothing items.
I of course am only interested in the hair care products, (shampoo, conditioners, special treatments), but found myself overwhelmed by the sheer size and volume of this store’s content. This is a place that I would visit very early in the morning with a specific list and a plan, otherwise you could be wandering around in here for hours. I just love all the options! Regardless of whether you have relaxed or natural hair, I am convinced that you will find any product you need.
I found a seat for my husband and started to shop. I ended up getting a couple of products, (competitively price), and was on my way.
Please be aware of their return policy. They do not give refunds, only exchanges under certain conditions. Since I only buy known hair care products, this would not be a concern for me but may definitely be of concern for someone purchasing clothing, wigs, or weave.
I will definitely be back when I have more time and a big fat list.

If I could give this business less than 1 star I would. I used to go to this salon all the time, it was my go-​to salon. The people there used to be very nice, friendly, and patient. The last two times I went in there, the people in the store were, not nice, not friendly, and very impatient. Basically, they acted as if they could care less if I purchased a product in the store or not. Their wish is granted. I will never shop in this store again and although I have recommended that several people shop there, I will rescind all of those and not recommend them in the future. If you want to go some place where people could care less whether you shop there or not, this is the place to go.
