Love this place ! always a friendly, helpful staff that will recommend the better product over the more expensive product. I will go here every day over GNC.

I was surprised that the customer service here was great from the minute I walked in the door. They were having a lot of sales so I decided to poke my head in since I needed to refill on my whey protein and preworkout. Since I kind of know what I am doing in these stores(I guess those off court required training classes came in handy finally) I didnt need much help in terms of what does what but more so where is the item located in this store. The customer service rep not only told me but walked me over(guess its cause we are at a health store no one is lazy haha). Was in and out in 10 minutes. Fully stocked with everything I wanted(including quest chips in every flavor!). And they gave me some store benefit card. Solid location, will be back.

I went into the store for diet smoothies. I found some other women trying to buy the same thing. The manager there was incredibly rude to me then stalked off to help another person. I feel he did not know enough about nutrition and was trying to take it out on me. I’ve been in medicine since 1971. He was surly, rude and uninformed and embarrassed the new guy there who was trying to learn the ropes. The poor new guy apologized for him. I finally took my business elsewhere. I don’t recommend this place at all.

Very clean and the employees are super friendly! I was concerned about a product but there were no females employees there but me not really caring asked the guy about a product for fertility and he knew exactly what I needed and said this was what other women buy. So I bought it and I’m 100% happy bc the product worked. Now I’m 5 weeks preggo!

I hear a greeting from somewhere in the store as soon as I walk in. They ask me if I need help looking for something as soon as they make it to me. I mostly get skin care stuff and they dont ALWAYS have what im looking for but they still attempt to help me. If I see there’s no parking in their lot, I park at Steak and Shake and climb up the hill like an idiot but it’s all good.

Had a terrible customer experience with a manager. I went in to check on the status of a special order that I had placed back on November 15. At the time of order, I was told that it would take 5 – 10 days for the order to arrive. I decided to drop in the store because past orders have arrived where we weren’t notified for days. I went in about 3pm. I asked the manager on duty to please check on my order. I inquired why this order was taking so long. She, in a not so customer friendly tone, told me it always takes two weeks. On top of that, she told me that my order was on «back order». To me, that usually means a delay. I asked when I might expect my order. She told me she didn’t know. I asked when the regular shipments came in. She said on Mondays and Wednesdays. Not only do I feel that her attitude was rude, but she didn’t even apologize for the delay in the order or for the fact that someone should have contacted me to notify that this was now on «back order». She could have at least offered to call some other stores nearby to see if another location had the product in stock, which I’ve found to be the case from time to time. This is not the kind of customer service that I expect. I emailed their customer support. They said a District Manager would contact me to discuss my complaint. No contact yet. And still don’t have what I ordered. I gave up a few days ago and just got it from Amazon.

The store is clean. Employees are friendly and knowledgeable. This location is smaller than others and has less stuff. I normally find what I need though.
