My family loves Popeyes Chicken. Today, our experience was great. Even though they made us wait for spicy chicken. While waiting the manager offered up a comp drink. Really nice and thoughtful. The place was clean and the chicken was great. Will come back often.

Horrible horrible customer service. Ranging from the manager down to the bottom. The franchise owner should reconsider changing the management team. Super rude manager, the place is so ghetto on top of that. Full of ghetto employees who don’t know nothing about customer service, but take home the 7.25/hr.

I ordered a 3 piece white & received 2 pieces of white &1 piece of dark. My chicken was overlooked. The red beans & rice was tasty. The staff was friendly. I would advise future customers to check your order before you leave the drive through for accuracy.

This is by far the best pop eyes I have ever been to. There customer service resembles a dine in restaurant. After you have already ordered they walk up to your table to serve you during your meal. The chicken was fresh and hot. Didn’t have to wait long to get my food. And this happens every single time I come here, and I come here a lot since I work down the street. Don’t sleep on these guys, best customer service ever!

Ugh about 75% of the time I order from this location, they always forget my mashed potatoes. I don’t know what it is about my extra side of mash that they can’t seem to remember to put in the bag, but it happens often. I don’t even bother turning back or calling it in because why drive back for a few bucks worth of food? They’ll probably forget it again the next time. It’s only this locations too. I usually go to the one on Grayson highway because it’s near my job, and they never forget anything.

HORRIBLECUSTOMERSERVICE! ! ! Do you have coupon for Popeyes chicken? Then, don’t even bother because the manager won’t take it. I had free gallon of ice tea with purchase of 16pc family meal coupon, but the manager REFUSED to take it simply because the coupon was not from«the official Popeyes website». Really??? Well, he(the manager) could have said in a nicer way, but he was very nasty and very rude. I am reporting this to Popeyes and never coming back to this store.

I was in a fried chicken mood. Fast and friendly service and the food is fresh. Clean dining area I will visit again even though it’s not in my area.

If I feel like eating fried chicken, I usually go to KFC, but recently tried Popeyes Chicken and it’s really good! Make sure to get the spicy chicken, it isn’t really spicy, just a little kick, but that’s just my opinion. Their mashed potatoes and gravy is really good, as well as their cole slaw. Oh, and their biscuits are fluffy and buttery(delicious). Don’t forget hot sauce and ketchup~ mix the two to create a tasty dipping sauce for your chicken! Yummy Cajun, Louisiana style chicken is bomb! :) Cashier was friendly as well!

Friendly crew, but can be frustratingly slow. All that is good besides one thing… I ALWAYSGETTHEWRONGORDER!!! Every single time i order the chicken mild but it comes in spicy EVERYSINGLETIME. Many times that i go back to tell them the mistake they take the chicken back and give me SPICYAGIAN. I just started eating at another Popeyes in lilburn where they do it correctly.

This is one of the cleanest Popeyes I’ve ever been to! The food is hot and the customer service is good. They are open until 11pm(lobby) and 1am(drive through). Also the service is fast and management is very attentive.

THEWORSTPOPEYESLOCATION!!! The service is unbelievably slow and rude. There were customers verbally fighting with the employees inside the store! I couldn’t believe it! Where was the manager??! And every time I go through the drive-thru they always never get my order right. Once they were out of coleslaw, red beans and rice, and also out of Hot Sauce! What?! How can a Popeyes be out of their well advertised hot sauce! Ridiculous! Steer clear of this location!

They deserve this 4 stars for being absolute troopers yesterday with their Wednesday March 26 special(8 piece chicken for $ 5.99). They were well prepared for the event and handled the orders with a smile on their face. I pulled up around 6:40 yesterday to find the drive thru line was wrapped around the building and the line inside was just as long. I was concern that I was going to be there for awhile assuming they would run out of chicken. But I saw the assembly line when I got through with my order and everyone was very calm and collective, yet very adamant about getting the orders out. Mad props to them for making at least my order, a smooth one. Thank you! As always, the chicken tasted like it as should be. In fact, it was fresh out of the fryer so it tasted even better.

I have been here only once and will not be coming back due to poor customer service and an overall unpleasant experience. I was craving some fried chicken so decided to check this location out. I got here around 6:30 pm on a weekday and walking up to the store, it didn’t look at all busy inside. The music was playing and was a nice touch but probably added to the chaos that I discovered inside. Although there was only one other person in line before me, it was an entire half hour before I left with my order. This location had the worst service I’ve experienced from a person running the registers. She didn’t not pay any attention to me at all and was spacing out quite a bit. I had to repeat my order about 2 times and after I handed her my credit card, she swiped it and with an annoyed look, held the card out near the register as if expecting I should lean in and take it back. This should have been the red flag, but since I had already ordered, I stayed and waited for my meal. I ordered a spicy chicken meal and about 10 minutes, they informed me that they were out of spicy chicken and it would be another 10 – 15 minutes, or I could switch out for mild. I opted to take whatever they had, since I was hungry and did not want to wait any longer. During my wait, there were about 5 other customers that had to return to the counter with problems on their order. The manager seemed nice, but was running around trying to fix too many problems at one time. The drink fountain was messy and i couldn’t find any condiments in the self service area. Now, onto the food: chicken was crunchy and not too dry. Cajun fries were soggy but nicely seasoned. Green beans were overcooked and tasted like they came from a can. I normally enjoy Popeyes, but this quality was way below what any chain should have for its standards.

Super friendly but frustratingly SLOW service are the norm here. The men’s bathroom has never been short of ‘yuck’ on any of my visits. The chicken, on the other hand always seems to be fresh & tasty at this newly renovated location

#1 — I cannot even believe I ate at Popeyes. No, seriously, I cannot believe it. #2 — I really can’t believe I enjoyed that shit! I don’t particularly enjoy fried food, but when I saw the commercial for Rip’n Chicken I was immediately sucked in and dying to hit up Popeyes. I mean, those genius marketers had me practically dreaming about rip’n that chicken and gobbling it up. For those who don’t know — Rip’n Chicken is a boneless chicken breast cut into strips but still held together. I don’t know how else to explain it. Basically you rip the strips off the breast, dip ‘em and chow the hell down. The spice was perfect, fried crispy and so yum… with no bones. I didn’t want any sides with mine, but it came with fries and a biscuit. I tried the fries and they tasted good, but after eating 2 I threw them away. Didn’t try the biscuit, but probably would have if they’d given me honey. One star off for making me pull over and wait for-freaking-ever to rip’n to my chicken, and also for forgetting to put our sauce in the bag. Grrrr.

Yes, the name is Popeyes CHICKEN and biscuits yet somehow there is never any chicken ready when you get there. Was recently told there would be a 13 minute wait for 2 whole wings. 13 minutes?! Wow. I’m used to being asked to pull up and wait 4 or 5 mins but 13? Defeats the purpose of fast food. If the spicy flavor and red beans & rice weren’t my weakness I’d totally give up on ol’ Popeyes.

Their chicken and other food are fine. It’st just that they have really bad service and people who work there(including the manager) doesn’t know how to count. When i order 16 pieces of chicken, i want my all 16 pieces, not 14 or 12. This happened to me a couple of times, so last time I checked to see if I got the right number of pieces, and it had two less chicken than i had paid for. so i went back to the window and complained and none of the workers apologized. One of the workers just said, «just give her a couple of more pieces.» I’m not a bum asking for food! I paid for my 16 pieces, 3 lg sides(they messed this up too. they gave me two mashed potato and one rice when i asked for two mashed potato and one coleslaw), and 8 biscuits and I want to get what I paid for! whoever the owner is, he should definitely train the workers and managers of this store about customer service and counting!

I love their spicy chicken breast. Best in town. Service is very fast and friendly. Biscuits are a bit too buttery tasking for my liking and the cole slaw is too sweet and running with too much sauce and most of the side are way too salty. But the chicken is the thing!!!

Popeye’s #3287 is the best Popeye’s we’ve ever eaten at. Very well managed by Alvin Bridgewater at the time of my review(I got his business card on the way out ~ he wants your catering business!). We love the buttery biscuits, red beans and rice(for me), dirty rice(for hubby), and spicy chicken strips(me again). The new(?) Buffalo Chicken Nuggets are a yum addition to the menu as is the new«Cane Sweeeet» tea. Stop by and sample the fried goodness that is Popeye’s!
