Came here at 10:30pm and the door is locked there is not specific closing time. The employee looking at me like priceless…

Went through the drive thru tonight and ordered a large soda. My girlfriend thought they were still a dollar and asked me about it. Then we hear over the speaker the order-​taker say «no b****, it’s not $ 1». And these people want $ 15 an hour? Avoid this McDonald’s like the plague.

I really love to splurge calories on McDonalds sausage burrito and today was no exception. This location has really good burritos– hot filling and a soft tortilla.
But my issue is the petty extra charge for ONE EXTRA sauce packet! The total went up from the usual $ 2.12 for 2 to something like $ 2.45!!! I think this is small-​minded and petty of the owner. I didn’t get charged extra at the other location near I85 so it’s clearly the owners choice. The very nice order-​taker informed me he charges for syrup too. I’m sure most people don’t even realize it if they are buying larger orders. So as I told the girl, I’ll be going to the other location since they aren’t petty about just 1 sauce!

Always always always check your food before you drive away from this McDonalds! Some of the kids working there have good customer service, others barely speak. Check your fries cause I’ve noticed they will give away the burnt crunchy greasy ones!

Food is typical McDonald’s, but the servers and cashiers could not be much unfriendlier.

This place is awful… they constantly mess up my order. For instance tonight I ordered two sandwiches one as a meal the other with a value frie. I also had a coupon when I attempted to give the coupon to the cashier he said he couldn’t take it and couldn’t give me a good explanation why. I didn’t feel like arguing so I just said forget and paid the full price then I had to pull up to wait for my food even though there was only one car behind me and I hadnt even sat at the drive thru for more than a minute. When I finally did get my food one of the sandwiches were messed up and they no longer served value fries so I was charged for a small fry. also every other McDonalds i ever been to if u order a large meals you get a free apple pie this place doesn’t do. When I told the manager that I didn’t get my apple pie and my sandwich is messed up she gave me a crazy look like she didn’t understand what I was talking about. I was annoyed so I just asked for my money back for the entire order but again she looked at me like I was crazy and then I had to wait several minutes to get my refund. I’ve experienced this a couple times since moving to the area last year I won’t be coming to this McDonalds anymore.

Stopped by on the way to work for lunch. It was okay food. The drive thru employees were total opposites. The guy at window 1 was friendly and the girl at window 2 acted as if it were a chore just to look at you and be friendly.

Typical McDonald’s. I don’t eat fast food as much as I did when I was younger, but I’ve picked up stuff here on about 3 occasions. Service may be a bit slow at times, but it’s friendly and I’ve never had an order messed up.
If you need a McDonald’s fix, this location will give it to you just as good as any other.

Nice, clean location. Prompt, friendly service. Not bad for a McDonalds. I only do breakfast at McDonalds and their sausage burrito on the dollar menu was hot and fresh as was their tea.
