Jade Restorations

I just got off the phone with whomever answers the phone at the Jade Restorations number. The conversation ended up with the person hanging up on me after saying, «I don’t like ignorance or stupidity, so don’t call me again.»
I had called the number to follow-​up on an email I sent about a week earlier. The email asked for a quote in reference to a PDF file I’d attached to the email which contained the address where the work should be performed, a proposed scope of the work, measurements and dimensions and complete photographs. In reply, I’d received a request for my phone number, address, etc. before a quote would be given. I was puzzled by the reply because all of the information it requested was contained in the request for proposal I’d sent with the email. So, I decided to call and see what I could do to move things along.
Well, for my trouble I was treated to some of the most bizarre and rude behavior I’ve ever encountered. The «gentleman» who answered the phone first pretended that I had the wrong number. I then called back the same number and explained that I was following up on my email and I thought there was some miscommunication because all of the information he needed was in the PDF file attached to the email. Then he cursed me out and called me stupid.
Don’t waste your time with these clowns. There are too many other reputable folks in the metro Atlanta area who really want your business.
