It’s About Time

They are the worst! Put a watch down on layaway, the women told me it was a mans watch. Come to find out it was a women’s (my husband would have killed me if I bought him a women’s watch) Tried to get my hundred dollars back, but was told that there is no refunds. Since my money was already tied up there I had to pick a different watch… I was sold a «700» dollar watch for 400 (I thought it was a great deal) come to find out the watch is $ 240 at kay jewelers. They are liars and don’t care about their customers! STAY AWAY!!!

OK! so i have had my batteries replaced, bands done and bought watches from many places over the years, I am a watch fanatic but i must say that Its about time is going to my 1 stop shop. They are professional yet caring, at the same time they are kind of homey and they will go out of there way to find whatever you need. I spoke with the manager in there, Anita about some watch repairs and a band no one has been able to find and within 2 weeks she found me an original band for it. The rest of them were ready the same day, in like an hour. they did all the work in store and called me with an estimate, and then when it was ready. she also gave me amazing deal on a citizen eco-​drive watch, which i put on layaway. I also loved the fact that she was just fully of information on all the watches they carried. i will definitely be back and i will let all my friends and family to them as well.
