Solid subs. Quick service. Cool little hot sauce bar where you can try out some different sauces. No complaints and nothing terribly spectacular. Exactly what I expected. Looks like the other reviews are kind of dumb and might be expecting a little too much from what is effectively a very good fast food restaurant.

I went to this establishment for lunch and experienced a problem that was not handled properly by management. I would think twice before going to this Firehouse location. They do not care for customer service and I am disappointed. I left this location without lunch and an unhappy customer.

I was worried to try this location after reading the reviews here, but our subs were delicious! We got ours «to go» I got the club on a sub and he got the pastrami. It was nice to get home and have them exactly as we ordered, and unlike many other sub competitors «a little more, a little more» was not the case here… all toppings, meat and cheese included were not skimpy. It is annoying at other sub places to have to ask to add more veggies as if the three olives you put on will break the bank, lol! We’ll be back, fast service and good location.

We are regulars here. The food is consistently delicious! Sometimes when it gets crowded, there is a bit of a wait, but totally worth it to us! We usually get the spicy meatball and Italian subs, but the hook and ladder salad is awesome too!

Walked in to get a sub! Asked the cashier if they give teachers a discount and she turned around and ask the manager and with an attitude he said no. She felt bad and said sorry. I seen him as I was leaving and said «school teachers and veterans» would be happy if they got a discount and he said with a bad attitude again «I have to run a business» I was blown! Not upset that he refuse to give public service people a discount, but the nasty attitude! Never will buy from them again! I will also let my peers know! :(

Slowest, most poorly managed Firehouse I’ve ever been to. Young and dumb freakshow kids working here are more interested in talking and texting, don’t greet you, just ask ‘are you gonna place an order?’. No thank you’s, just piss poor attitudes. Never coming back to any Firehouse establishment.

Worst fire house sub establishment I’ve been to! Took them 10 minutes to make my sandwich and they had 7 employees working at the time.

Good food as usual; at 2:30 it took them approx. 5 minutes per customer to get food out; way to long. There were 5 employees there and only 3 actually working.

I come here regularly. I usually get the Hook n Ladder. The sandwich i made great and the food is well. The service on the other hand could use some help. It was an average day and nothing complicated. For some reason, they could not make some of the sandwiches right and they took at least 3x as long. When you’re on a lunch break and time matters, this is not acceptable — especially when you are use to it being quick!
