Went by on 12/24/2015, the first time for me to eat DD in 20+ years. Picked up some assorted donut holes. First off, they only come in 25 or 50 per the woman taking my order; $ 6.49 for a set. I go to Krispy Kreme and get half this box, in cup form, for $ 1.99, or even a dollar if they are on special. For the most part, these things are dryyyyyyyy and tasteless. What’s worse is the donuts seem to be a heck of a lot worse than what I remember eating 20-something years ago(yes, I have not been to a Dunkin Donuts since I first tasted Krispy Kreme). The woman answering the window was nice enough, so customer service can carry this to two stars. Yet, if this is what they are serving people, I can’t fathom ever going back.

Don’t know why they have such low rating, service was excellent in my opinion. Came in tonight 10 minutes till closing and had great service. Staff was very friendly. Best banana split I have ever had. Will definitely be back here again.

Cons: 1) RUDE Drive Thru Service — Indian lady 2) Hard/inedible bagels — over a dozen occasions 3) Issued wrong order — more than 3 times Pros: 1) Fast service I’ve been a patron to this Dunkin Donuts for over 5 years and usually 2−3x per week. The DRIVETHRU has declined in customer service. If you’re lucky, you get the nice African lady to help you. But the Indian woman is rude and lacks customer service skills. I was provided a wrong order(twice) on the same occasion, that was their mistake and then scoffed at me. She neither apologized nor thanked me. I’m tolerant of poor service, everyone has bad days; but she is a REPEAT offender. I rather drive to Einstein Bagels from now on despite being further away. RUDERUDERUDE.

Cashier was super nice. Got my order right. Venue was empty in the afternoon. Dunkin Donuts drinks are dunkin’ donuts drinks.

I always thought that in Atlanta you could not get Dunkin Donuts and that my options were limited to Starbucks, McDonald’s and of course all other local coffee shops. Then, I saw this location on my way to pick up a friend. I stopped by, ordered my coffee with hash browns and sat by the single seat sofa by the wall while charging my phone, There’s an ample space for tables and small sofa seating area by the entrance. They also have a drive-thru which can be convenient. I have always liked their sandwiches(still a big fan of tuna and chicken sandwich with 99 cent iced tea). I am so happy that I found this location.

Very disappointing experience. We ordered an ice cream birthday cake from the Baskin Robbins section of this store, and came back to the store on the agreed date only to find that they didn’t make the cake at the agreed time — we actually had them promise to make the cake the night before we went back to pick up but they didn’t make it. They asked us to come back in a few hours, which was unacceptable since we were on our way to celebrate our daughter’s birthday party. Very disappointing! We then asked for an alternative cake in their fridge for a discounted price and they refused to offer any alternative or remediation. The cakes in the fridge are all freezer burned by the way. Don’t support this business if you can help it.

I’ve been to this Dunkin’ Donuts on a few occasions, especially when those nifty coupons appear in my mailbox. Being a Nutmegger(someone from CT), I prefer Dunkin’ Donuts to Krispy Kreme. Please don’t crucify me. Whenever my sisters and I get the craving, we stop by this Dunkin’ Donuts, which is the most convenient location for us. We’ve usually come here before lunchtime, so the donuts are relatively fresh and they quell the wave of nostalgia that we sporadically feel. We love the Boston Crème and Original Glazed, but the Chocolate and Blueberry Cake are pretty freakin’ delicious. We’ve also grabbed some bagels and while they are not super gourmet bagels, I would say they are a step above grocery store ones. Admittedly, I enjoy the multigrain bagel slathered with(light) cream cheese quite a bit. Coffee ordered here has been good too and sometimes makes me wonder if I should substitute my Starbucks runs with trips here instead.

Same as you get at every Dunkin Donuts, however the fact that their drive-thru workers NEVER give me the right cream cheese brought them down from the 3 star average I would otherwise give them. Be careful — check your cream cheese before you drive off unless you order the regular stuff!

Went here tonight to avoid the yucky Dunkin’ on Peachtree Parkway in Norcross. Just wanted a nice cup of joe and a coconut donut at 10pm. There were maybe 15 donuts total in the racks, and I had to settle for an apple-cinnamon. Stale, with little filling. Coffee was acidic. I’ll stick with Quik Trip from now on, and get good coffee and average donuts for $ 1 cheaper.
