I realize people can have very negative and very positive experiences at the same company, for the same services.
My experience was very negative unfortunately. I went there to have a mole removed and since then, I’ve had a different derm remove another mole and I can say for certain –
Dr. Cole could have done a MUCH better job and kept my scarring to a minimum the way the 2^nd derm did. Ugh. I HATE looking at this mole area now, it’s just completely dug out, uneven and ugly instead of just a white area like my other one (the 2^nd one was actually larger and went a bit deeper so I know it’s not a matter of the mole she removed being super deep or larger). The way she removed it was just a couple huge digs into the skin, instead of light scraping multiple times like the other derm did which produced excellent results/​barely scarring.
It just looks like a CHOP JOB, I could have done a better job myself!
The doc was rushed, barely even spoke to me, was rough and just looked in general like she hated her job. I also had to wait forever, which you will read in other reviews.
If you are looking for a derm who has a great bedside manner, and who will use a gentle approach & expert technique in mole removal… then I suggest going ELSEWHERE!
There are plenty of other derms in this area that have a much better reputation.

I try to keep up with all of the latest in Body-​related technology. I signed up for 5 Vanquish treatments with Dr. Louis Cole last month. He is very pleasant, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. The Staff was friendly and my only scheduling issue came during the Blizzard… my appointment was rescheduled. My first visit: «before» photos were taken (not of your face/​just area being treated). *Prior to this first appointment, I measured myself around my tummy, so I would have my own starting point. At the Dr.‘s office, I was weighed, measured and Dr. Cole and I talked about my expectations. The only downside (for lack of a better word) to the whole treatment, was that you have to drink a lot of water… a lot of water! It’s a must. You step on a special machine: it weighs you and calculates if you have enough water in your system for the treatment. I liked that they were very safe and made sure of everything before proceeding. Then, the Doctor sets the machine and you lie down in a nice quiet room with low lights and music for about 30 mins. It feels like a hot stone massage, I guess. Not «hot» — really warm, I’d say. Not uncomfortable. Nice. The Dr. or one of his staff comes in periodically to check on you and should you want to turn off the machine yourself, you are able to (just in case); I never had a problem with that. A few times, I fell asleep! So, after the first visit, no difference. The second, none. The third… hmmmm maybe. The fourth, I could tell there was a change. On the fifth and final treatment, it all went as usual, then I went to have «after» photos taken and to be measured. This was it… a full two inches gone! Very exciting! I eat pretty well, but I wasn’t on a «diet», so I knew that the change wasn’t because I was eating celery all day: D I am happy with the results and the whole experience with Dr. Cole. P. S. I did go home and measure myself, yes — two inches were indeed — gone!

Dr. Louis Cole is nice and makes sure you are comfortable and taken care of. There was improvement in my scars after the fraxel restore treatment, but not more than 75% improvement. Overall, I was happy with the improvement in acne scars and skin tone. My face is extra smooth now. Their price for the procedure was slightly lower than other practices.
The only downfall to this office is that you never see the doctor on time. I’ve been here multiple times and I’ve never seen the doctor at the time scheduled. One time I had to wait for a full hour after my appt. time to see the doctor.
Also, one of my appt. was cancelled and I didn’t get a call. I had to call the office myself to confirm the appt. And then I found out the doctor was out of town. Supposedly they did call, but it was the wrong number. I’m not sure how that happened since they have called me before.
