5 star service!
I always come in and order a iced chai tea latte while I’m starting my morning off. They always make it just the way I like it it is the highlight of my morning when I am starting off my busy work day.
Today I ordered my latte but I forgot to make it an iced chai tea latte. The barista was more then nice to me about the whole thing. He remade my tea and let me take the hot tea to pass on to someone else. A guest came into my store who looked like she was having a bad day and I gave them the hot tea. This not only made my day but it made my guests day as well.
This was the best guest service that I’ve seen in a long time. Thanks again caribou coffee!

Not much to say; it’s a caribou kiosk/storelet in the middle of the mall. Coffee is always pretty good, not gourmet but if you know caribou, it’s generally superior to Starbucks. Service is always good here.
