Lately started noticing spots on photos taken on my Nikon D7000 and little bit of research on google hinted towards a dirty sensor. But I still had my doubts, took it to CRJ. They verified the lens and as expected it came out clean with no service required.(Free estimate). They recommended cleaning the sensor and I dropped off my camera Thursday Noon and it was ready by Friday morning. Took some sample shots and no more spots. :). Overall the staff was friendly and prompt with their email responses. I would definitely recommend them and will be definitely seeking their help in future when needed.

Tony helped me with my shutter on my 35 mm. I brought it in a few days before going out of town. They fixed it and were able to return it to me in time before my trip! It was affordable too! I have had my camera fixed at other places. I learned that those two places I went actually send the camera to CRJ. Going directly here cut down the costs and is much more timely. I highly recommend this place for all your camera needs.

I had a problem with my Vixia HF20 and saw that they had a 5 star review on Unilocal so I decided to try them out. I hate to contradict Lillie P. so much, but their service was absolutely terrible. I dropped off my camera for several problems, it wouldn’t turn on and the screen was white. I got a call from the girl a few days later telling me the issues and asking me to authorize repairs. I authorized the repairs and they got started. They quoted me two weeks, which I was ok with. When two weeks had gone by and I hadn’t gotten a call from them, I decided to give them a call. I really needed my camera back because I needed it for an event that weekend. She told me they actually had to order a part and that the camera wouldn’t be ready that weekend. I asked them if they would mind giving me a loaner and they said they don’t do that. Alright, I understand that, but at least tell me about the issue so I can make other arrangements. She said it would be done next week THEN, at the 3 week mark I call to see when it will be ready and she says they now need to order a part… like what had you been doing with my camera for the past 3 weeks lady?!? She says it will at least be another week. At this point i’m wondering if I’ll ever get my camera back. 3 weeks is a really long time to have somebodys camera. If they had to order a part, they should have done it when they gave me the estimate, because obviously they knew they were going to need it! I picked up my camera, and the lady was nice about it… but I’m still very upset about the time it took to get my camera repaired and about the lack of communication. This was very inconvenient… I wouldn’t recommend going here, try somewhere else if you can!

I had a problem with my shutter on a 100 mm macro lens. The local camera shop recommended I send my camera to CRJ and they were professional, efficient, and got the job done! My lens is working perfectly now! I highly recommend them!
