I do believe this store is racist against Caucasian people this is my second time trying to return something there from a catalog order to be told no its been used or worn which is untrue. there was no more wear and tear on the boots I was trying to return then there were on the ones in the store after waiting 20 minutes to be acknowledged only to be told no when all the original wrapping was still on the boots I don’t believe I’ll be shopping this store anymore!

This location can get crowded, but they have a great selection of plus sized clothing for women.
I had a great experience at my last visit:
I called this location to see if a specific item was available in my size. The lady on the phone found it and offered to hold it for me. I arrived at the the store shortly after the call. I was in and out of the store in 2 minutes. Awesome!
