Karen is such a knowledgeable and passionate skincare and massage professional. I highly recommend you visit Karen for all your skincare needs. I absolutely love the product line that she utilizes in her practice.

Don’t go on these other reviews for this place! She is unethical and just wants money! This woman 1^st off tried to get away with convincing me that the voucher I bought was for just an oxygen facial and not an oxygen infusion facial (which clearly my voucher says: good for one oxygen infusion facial! She refused to give me what I paid for and wanted to get away with giving me just oxygen on my face! Then after I book an appointment with her– she tells me oh the earliest I can do is 4, so I tell her okay I’m coming from out of town, will aim for 4— messages me 24 hours before my appt, about a reminder for my appt at 5 so I’m like hey I thought it was 4 and she messages me back saying we are not a good fit do not come and get a refund for the voucher! Even though after that I said well 5 is better and I prefer 5, she was like nope it’s cancelled!
Ahh I just planned everything around my appt, coming from out of town that day and because I wanted to be on time I was going to leave a little early to get to you for my facial at 4! But whatever! From the beginning she seemed like she was trying to get away with making fools out of everyone that buys a voucher, (claimed she had no clue a voucher existed!) has a different website for herself with cheaper prices and a different one for the voucher website with higher prices! Lol this girl is just too funny! Have fun if you attempt to go to her– cancels last minute and has no sense of being courteous, is out to get money and not give services!

Karen is great She made sure my eyelashes were done right. She actually took the time and corrected problems a previous person did wrong and didn’t overcharge me for their mistakes.

I found Karen almost a year ago, it was a few months before my wedding. My skin was a mess, I had been to multiple dermatologists and been on antibiotics and tons of topical treatments. Karen absolutely saved me with her facials. My skin was almost picture perfect by the time of my wedding, with just a few marks leftover that were easily covered with makeup. I honestly don’t know what I would have done without her. I felt so beautiful at our wedding and can look back at our pictures and be happy with how I looked on our big day. I still see Karen regularly and not only is she a stellar aesthetician, I consider her a friend as well.

Visited my cousin in Georgia and decided to get a facial. Wow! What an amazing place. Karen was awesome. I just loved her personality. I really liked how she took the time to get to know me and it was obvious she knew a lot about skin. She made me feel so comfortable and the massage was AWESOME! Love her.

I didn’t feel like she knew what she was doing at all. I went in for a microdermabrasion and what was supposed to be a relaxing facial was really ruined by her asking me millions of questions about my personal life. She zapped my face with some laser (which left my skin bruised for a week) and the facial only lasted like ten minutes while she gave me a very bad complimentary massage for another 30 minutes. It’s like which one did I pay for? Overall my experience was horrible I don’t think she was certified, there was no way she can be. The location was nice but like I said I don’t think she knew what she was doing.

I was looking for a new aesthetician closer to my area. I stumbled across a living social deal for this place and went in for a facial. It’s a very cozy setting tucked away inside a Primo salon. Karen gives quite a nice facial. After filling out a few forms she takes you back. She inquires about your concerns and keeps you engaged during the process. The neck and shoulder massage she gives is sublime! I was actually able to relax under her care, whereas I usually find it difficult to let go and relax. She used an ultrasonic spatula to cleanse the skin in the beginning, which felt great. She’ very eager to please and especially accommodating. She offers a wide range of spa services at competitive prices. I will definitely be back.

Karen did a microderm and 60 min massage for me. She was so good!!! I think I was so relaxed during the massage I even dozed off for a bit. She’s very knowledgable of skin types and conditions and really worked through my muscles and face. The microderm left my face all baby soft! I already booked her for next month again. :)
