Burger King

The worst burger King I’ve ever been to. The service was slow although it was empty. They messed up my order even though it seemed impossible to do so. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to waste their time stopping here unless you have extra gas to return in hopes that your order could be fixed the second time around.

Just avoid this place all together unless you like disappointment, cold food, wasting time, and frustration.
A few weeks ago after a very long night I went through the drive thru for something fast. Ordered my husband’s combo, my combo, and 2 pies. The attendant (caucasian kid speaking English) read back the order and I said no, I wanted the actual beef a1 bacon burger not the chicken tender crisp. He said okay and I said yes the burger NOT the chicken. I pay and look at the receipt… still says tendercrisp… I ask again if I’m getting the beef A1 not the chicken and the kid says yes. I get my order and pull into a parking space, open the wrapper of my burger. .of course it’s chicken. Pull back into the lot, go inside and say it’s wrong, the manager yells to the back for the beef burger and the kid from the window apologized to which I said «that’s fine and all but that’s why I asked over and over to make sure it wasn’t the chicken». The manager hands me a new burger and says keep the wrong one. I get home (I should have checked before leaving again but I assumed after one mess up I’d be okay. …nope) and I have a cheese burger with ketchup on it. Not my A1 bacon cheese burger, I mean seriously not even close. After an open to close shift at work, I just threw it on the table, didn’t even have an appetite anymore. They also messed up my husband’s order as well totally wrong item but since I wasn’t familiar with it I didn’t catch it. I called and said I wasn’t going back up there tonight but I wanted my money back. I went up the next day and I only got back the money for my burger not the whole order which is whatever I didn’t want to deal with it anymore. Never again. How can an establishment be so lazy and completely unsatisfactory to the point of just putting whatever in a bag and hoping it’s close to what is ordered.

Waited 15 minutes in drive thru in front of menu no one said anything. Decided to go inside, there were 8 people in line and one cashier who didn’t care. People started leaving very angry. The employees here suck!

WORST BK EVER!!! It is close to work and EVERY TIME I come here it’s something… today the soda machine (which is very cool I might add) has MANY empty selections. The other day NO KETCHUP no barbecue sauce and who knows what else they were out of. The food to me seems just as good as any other BK with sometimes fresh and sometimes not if you go when it’s not busy you get things that have been made for a while but I find that to be the case at all fat food restaurants (oops I mean fast) see even I make mistakes on occasion! But seriously this place is horrible as other reviews have stated for various reasons so patronize at your own risk you have been warned! Oh yeah… it’s filthy too. They just had a remodel and it’s still a dump. Nobody that works there cares. They are just doing time until something better comes along…

Okay, who reviews a Burger King, right? I do, when I have had so many bad experiences at one location that it’s time they are somehow held accountable.
This location is right by my office, so over the past 3 years or so, I have gone a fair number of times. I can’t even count how many times I have either driven all the way back to work to find I got the wrong thing, or was missing something as basic as dressing for salad, or spent ten minutes trying to explain what I want or a ask a question to an entire staff that clearly barely speaks English – and then gives YOU attitude when THEY don’t understand you, or THEY mess up an order because they didn’t understand you (even though you explained it and confirmed it multiple times).
I don’t know what their deal is, and I hate to play the «this is America, speak English» card, because lord knows living in the Washington metropolitan area I am VERY used to dealing with people on a daily basis who speak English as a second language and everything is fine – but this place is ridiculous. They should have SOMEBODY on staff who can translate if after 10 minutes a staff member is not able to understand what a customer is asking or trying to order. And LEAST of all, they should be apologetic and overly-​friendly to compensate when mistakes are made because of THEM – not give CUSTOMERS attitude.
This place defeats the purpose of «fast food» being a quick and easy experience. Even though I like Burger King salads better than McDonald’s & Arby’s which are also right by my work, I won’t go here anymore because I don’t want to deal with being made to feel like I’m a huge pain in the ass for these employees when they inevitably misunderstand or make mistakes on my order.

Buy a SNICKERS at the Exxon beside the BK before settling for this BK… This has to be nastiest bathroom and lobby of a BK that I’ve ever been to. Also by the soda machines I noticed the fruit flies pasted on the wall. I will never step foot inside again.

My veggie burger was great! The place was pretty dirty though, and it was a pain to have to ask for sauces etc since they weren’t easily accessible. Staff were very friendly.

This Burger King is not a very clean place to eat at. The manager who served me my food had severe rotten teeth. It really turned me off. I will never go back there to eat. The food is also terrible.

ill add to the rest of these lousy reviews… this place is the worst. i got a whopper with cheese on a sunday nite. the burger was so old and cold the cheese didnt even melt! and in the summer months they run out of chocolate shakes? who manages this disaster? take notice mine is the 8^th bad review out of 8 reviews.

Despite the fact that this place is usually too crowded, doesn’t seem very clean, and they mess up my orders constantly, I continue to return.
The food is okay… the service is bleh.
Yet I continue to return.

This was one of the dirtiest and most run down fast food establishment I’ve ever encountered. Holes in the ceiling tiles, flies were EVERYWHERE!!! I don’t mean like one or two, I mean a dozen.
Food always sucks and it is cold or doesn’t taste right. People working here do NOT have a firm grasp on the English language. Make sure you speak slowly and clearly and confirm your order before leaving.
The line moves incredibly slow during peak times, and this is compounded by a poorly designed parking lot. You WILL eventually get trapped in here if you park here and eat inside.

Love the Veggie Burger here and my son loves the Chocolate Shake without the whip.

On top of the certain FACT that upon entering the drive thru, you have unknowingly agreed to NOT HAVE IT YOUR WAY EVER! As my lunch breaks are only 30min, if I forget to pack my lunch I am at their mercy for whatever the wish to serve me. There is a big communication barrier, and if u pay with cash, be sure to check your change because they ALWAYS short-​change you.

I had added this place to my very short list of black balled businesses, several months back, because of the complete incompetence I experienced each and every time I went. They are the Slooooowest fast food place I have ever been to — and they are usually at their slowest when it is dead there! Plus, they have, not ONCE gotten my order right! I made the mistake of going there this past Sunday. I was starving and it was the only food place in the direction I was heading. I ordered a very simple Sausage Biscuit with cheese and a small diet coke. At the window, I asked for zesty sauce to be added to my bag. Pulling away, I took a sip of my drink (Coke, not Diet), opened my bag (honey mustard, not zesty sauce) and peeled back the biscuit wrapper — rock hard, brownish biscuit topped with a dried up blackened, shriveled hockey puck and of course… no cheese.
come on. gross. and really, how hard is it to put together a simple order?

Stopped in here for a BK Double Stacker Bacon Cheeseburger. Burger definitely hit the spot! Hot meaty burger patties, cheese was melted just right, and bacon was crisp!
Delish!

One person manning the walk-​in counter during lunch rush.
Trash all over the floor, with maybe 3 people seated in the place.
My oreo shake looked like a lactose intolerant person took a dump in my cup. Lack of visual aesthetic aside, I had to water it down to make it drinkable. I guess I got my money’s worth?
No italian chicken sandwiches? Why did I get these coupons in the mail then?
Fries were just short of cardboard, the sourdough was blackened yet the sandwich was lukewarm. I begin to recall why I have standards for fast food.
Never thought I’d see Mickey D and his red-​headed pal Ron blow anything completely out of the water, but here ya go. I’ll even select «Good For Kids» to keep the obesity rate up.

⁸⁄₁₀ update: Ah the pains of letting my coworker drive. No receipt, poor communication, strange hospital patient fiddling with the ATM, many technical difficulties with my icee float («Didn’t they tell you orange is on freezing cycle?» «I ordered cherry, I don’t think orange is on the menu…», «God why can’t you get that lid on, hurry up. Oh god I can’t get it on either», etc). 1.5 I guess? At least I didn’t get shortchanged, though the manager was definitely hovering at that point. «Sorry about the wait!» 2 star cola icee float (half soft serve, half slushy) with 1 star 10 minute fries. Best eat them on the way back while they’re still hot.
