Duck Creek Visitor Center

This is the local visitor center for Duck Creek Village. We always stop in here when we arrive to find out from the volunteers running it about the fishing hot spots and pick up maps and speak to them about ideas on where we should venture out to on our vacation. This time we actually were told about Strawberry Point and Mammoth Creek — two areas we have never explored. We were very impresed. They have a really cute gift shop and we always pick up our postcards here and my daughter seems to love the cute wilderness puppets. The building is surrounded by trees and is a perfect spot to stretch our legs before getting to our cabin. The visitor center is on the other side of the road from Duck Creek Pond.
