As I frequent many, and I mean MANY, UPS stores on my travels, I get a variety of service where I go, and I’d say the majority of the time it’s excellent. But the cashier at this store, DEB — with the short gray hair, is downright rude. Unfriendly, unhelpful. She took the letter I was mailing and quite literally crammed it in the envelope. When I asked her not to do that, please let me fold it — as it was an important document. She snapped back at me that she was just weighing it. Yea … still … I don’t need you to mess up my form lady, no matter how bad of a day you’ve had.
Needless to say I used USPS in the HyVee supermarket next door — not only less expensive, but much friendlier service. I suggest folks drive to the UPS store in Galena nearby if you don’t want to deal with crabby folks.

This store is in a good location and easy to access. It seems as I always get the grumpy cashier who doesn’t want to help much but more to get me out the door. I have had friendlier service at the Kerper location.
