They should get a zero. How they retain a customer is beyond me. Poor customer service, even worse follow up.

Rob was really great to work with… he just completed flooring in my new addition (kitchen and screen room floors plus my kitchen backsplash). It all turned out perfect… I love it. On my initial visit, he was very informative (showing me many options and walking me through pros and cons), the price was lower than other places, his staff was on time and did great clean up after the work. I would highly recommend this place to family and friends.
