Yuyu Preschool & Daycare

We LOVE Yu Yu and her daycare! Our daughter, Colette started here at 3 months old and is now a thriving 1.5 year old toddler who is smart, sociable, and a great student. I credit all of that to Yu Yu and her assistant, Shirley. They are very caring and loving towards the kids and I trust them wholeheartedly like I would an Aunt or close relative. It’s always tough finding the right caretakers for your babies and I feel fortunate to have found Yu Yu’s daycare. And that’s the thing, they aren’t just caretakers, Yu Yu is also a great teacher. My daughter is learning Chinese and English and picking up everything she’s taught. She absolutely loves being in class and never wants to leave when I pick her up! We plan on having Yu Yu take care of Colette until she enters kindergarten as well as our second baby!

Mrs. Yu Yu and her assistant run a quality daycare and preschool. This is our second child and her older sister was in a different daycare previously. Comparing the two, some things about Yu Yu’s stood out. One is that it’s not just someone watching after the kids but there’s a quality learning and curriculum to the day care that happens throughout the day. Doesn’t matter if your child is only 4 months old (which our daughter was when she first started) to a toddler, they get to learn which is excellent and I can see my daughter growing in all of her skills. Second is that throughout the year, there are themes that Yu Yu incorporates into her teaching (e.g. New Year’s, Chinese New Year, Summer, Thanksgiving, etc). This makes it truly fun for the kids. Third is that the food that Yu Yu makes for the kids is very good and nutritious. We don’t have to worry that our child is not getting a proper meal. Finally, Yu Yu and her assistant truly care for the children. They have a passionate heart and love being with the kids. You can see how excited the kids are to be there and that is comforting to see as a parent.
