Looking for a healthy start to my day and I used Unilocal to help me find Vitality near my hotel. This spot loses a point because it is located in downtown Dublin with no dedicated parking. There is a free municipal lot across the street that offers 2 hour parking, but it was completely full when I arrived and I had to wait for a spot.
The service was friendly and attentive. I got the Classic Smoothie which was delicious and got my day started off great.

Other local store owners told me that Vitality was owned by one of the servers from Mr Sushi, and I had seen them working hard to put everything together at night, so I have been rooting for them to be successful.
Now, after watching and waiting, they’re finally open!
I stopped in and sampled all the juices, which was a good idea because the ones I liked were not the ones I thought I would. I landed with the watermelon (which I don’t normally like) basil (weird) strawberry (who doesn’t like strawberry?) mint (refreshing) combo.
Service was excellent and the juice was delicious, though pricey. I hope they put in some bar stools as the concept and price would make a nice healthy alternative to Starbucks.
