This place used to be good. We got our fence done 8 years ago and everything went smoothly and the price was fair. This time, we just wanted a 10×25ft, 2 sided addition and the estimate alone took over a week and 3 phone calls for them to tell us about $ 2500! Are you kidding me? So, we questioned it and they promised to call us back that day… nothing…3 days later, we called back and they said «oh, sorry, „he’s“ not in right now, he’ll call you right back.»… 1 month later, they actually have the gaul to call us and ask if we’ve made a decision on the fence!!! I asked them if this was a joke, because we had waited a month to talk to the guy about it and he never cared enough to call us back. She said, again, same words… «oh, sorry, he’s not in right now, he’ll call you right back.» I kid you not!
The last we’ve heard from them was that day in July…
Needless to say, we would never use them in the future.
