Stopped in today because they have a great selection of all the most highly rated brands of luggage. Lots to choose from, great service and friendly staff, and prices were in line with other places, if not better.

Hands down, this is the best luggage store with the most helpful and friendliest staff (AJ is awesome!) and wide selection of luggage and travel accessories. Plenty of Eagle Creek, Samsonite and other quality brand name items. Worth the trip, even if you’re not in the Tri-​Valley area. Convenient location just seconds from I-​580/​San Ramon Rd. exit on Dublin Blvd next to Starbucks.

I live in Berkeley, where there is a Luggage Center store, but I suspect they carry products more for the student market. I travel for work, 150 days a year for the last 17 years, so I need high-​end, durable luggage. Reading other reviews on Unilocal convinced me to drive to Dublin. The polite, motivated sales guy (AJ?) really knew his products, understood my preferences, and showed me a piece I would not have looked at on my own, and guess what? I love it! His higher end products are Eagle Creek, Briggs & Riley, Victorinox, Travel Pro. Plus I bought a few small travel accessories.

Traveling internationally and had months to prepare and ordered 99.9% of things online. Hubby was looking for a certain item he wanted (of course last minute) so we popped over to The Luggage Center. It was quaint service man was very nice and they had tons of perfect little items you would need for travel as well as an array of luggage. They had the item he was looking for and more!

Best luggage and travel selection in the area. Prices are reasonable and comparable with normal retailers. They have some good deals and the very nice lady who works there told us that they often price match with other stores.
Brands carried include Timbuk2, Victorinox, some Tumi tech items, Briggs & Riley, Delsey and Eagle Creek.
The ladies in the store were very friendly and extremely helpful.
They have a decent selection of laptop bags and business cases, backpacks, travel accessories (locks, pillows, TSA approved liquid carriers, passport covers, etc.) and of course, luggage.
