DOYOURSELF A FAVORANDAVOIDTHISPLACEATALLCOST. NOTWORTHTHEHASSLE! I had an iPhone screen replaced at the Tuttle mall location in June 2015. It came with a 6 month warranty. 2 days after replacement the screen adhesive came loose and the screen popped off on the corner. I went to it back under the warranty and was told the company knew they had a defective stock and unfortunately they didn’t have any to replace mine at the time. I had to come back a week later. The screen was replaced a second time, and within 24 hour I experienced the same issue. I went back for another replacement and was told the screen was from a new stock and shouldn’t have the issue I experienced before. WRONGAGAIN! Within 2 days the screen was falling off again. Back to the mall again, only this time no employees to be found anywhere. It was sunday around 2:30. I decided to stick around to wait and see if maybe the guy was at lunch. He never returned so I decided to call a phone number on their business card. The only location they would answer was the Polaris location. The gentleman who answered said that someone should be at my location and he was going to call the manager and have that person give me a call back. The phone call never came, and from that point every phone call I made went right to what sounds like a generic voicemail. No matter what number I called it seemed as it was being forwarded to the same number. So, at this point I’m getting angry and decide to come back in a few days. I returned to the mall 2 days later to no employee once again. Tired calling, same voicemail, no return call. I gave up and then 2 days later back to the mall. Once again, no employee, no return phone call. At this point I decided to complain to the mall management. It was sunday again, and the mall management took my name number and my complaint and said it would be passed to the store manager of smart fix. She apologized and stated that anytime the mall is open the store is required to be open. STILL to today, no reply from the manager. I decide to try one last time, so today, a month an a half from the original repair, I stopped by the mall to have my phone repaired. Now there is a new employee working who was friendly but had no clue what to do. He called the manager and then I was told they hand no screens available for my repair and I would need to return once again for a fix. AVOIDTHISPLACEATALLCOST! THISHASBEEN A HORRIBLEEXPERIENCEANDNOTWORTHTHEHASSLE! There is another place in the mall which offers the same services for a little extra $ than smart fix. There employees are always there and even offered to give me a substantial discount if I want them to replace my screen since I have had so many issues with smart fix. I’m going to either visit them or replace under insurance. Either way I lost my original $ 120 to a crappy company. To the manager, you have my name and number, make things right and I’ll edit this review.
