Nice location in Dublin, clean and intimate, but completly deserted. I really hope they make it to last a bit, but by the way it looks I think it was my first and last trip. In the hour we were there noone showed up, even though the food was fine and the service excellent. All 3 people working were very attentive and cared about what they did and do it well. Good selection of small healthy dining options with nothing over 600 calories. I would say perfect for a light lunch with the girls but I went with my men at dinner so we ordered a bit more in concern to not get full. Turnes out we were fine but I am still glad we got to sample all of their different offerings. We had the chicken fajita wrap which was good and the largest portion out of everything but still my least favorite as it was cold, and for dinner I’d prefer something warm. Still fresh and tasty, no complaints. Spinach, ham and swiss panini, yummy, warm, fresh and crunchy, pretty small but a good snack. Chicken fajita quesadilla was very good, one of my favorites, great flavor. Hawaiian grilles flatbread was also very tasty, really more like a pizza, but very light and tasty. I rounded it off with a fiesta salad which was also fresh and tasty with a good balsamic. We got all the sauces on the side so it wouldn’t get soggy or ruined by a not so good sauce but I enjoyed all of them except for the pesto. I am a huge lover of pesto and so dissapointed to see they make theirs with mayo?!! WTH? Really, mayo has no place in Pesto, so I stuck to the other sauces which were amazing, everything is made fresh to order, in house, a nice healthy fast food alternative and I can reccomment it to anyone who wants a great snack but isn’t starving.

I’ve been here a gazillion times since it first opened. The Smoothies are awesome, no milk, no pulp, not too sweet. They’re like real fruit Slurpees. The salads are good too; the balsamic dressing is delicious and the whole thing comes on top of a flatbread. The bread is chewy(sometimes a bit too chewy) and always fresh. It can be kind of expensive(6 bucks for some bean spread and veggies??) but you’re paying for the convenience I guess. The interior is super dark and I worry about the health of the workers. I don’t think they’re getting enough vitamin D.

This visit started out very odd. My friends and I walked in on a Wednesday night looking for some grub. It was almost like a scene from Dawn of the Dead or 28 Days Later. We walk in and it’s completely empty(no employees, no customers), with some very soft background music playing. We stood at the«order here» spot for about a minute and nothing. I was imaging zombies popping out from behind the counter or crashing through the glass by the door. Eventually someone showed up, as if they finally finished their illegal cock fighting ring in the back. I ordered a hawaiian pizza and my girlfriend ordered a rice bowl. Now let’s start with the good. The pizza was actually pretty tasty. The flatbread they serve it on is much thinner then you’re usually flatbread. I would equate it to 3 tortillas thick type of flatbread. Because of this thickness and the weight of the toppings, you have to eat the pizza NY slice style, folding it in half in order to keep all the toppings on it. It is kind of limp pizza. I didn’t mind because it was it had some real good taste and it was right size. Now the bad. My girlfriend’s rice bowl was very generic and poorly made. When it arrived at our table, it smelled like melted plastic. My girlfriend’s hunger meter went south after that. The rice bowl consisted of a mish mash of rice, beans, cheese. Not real appetizing. She barely ate 5 bites. Afterwards we went to Potbelly sandwich to get something else for her.

Went here the other night with mom and sis. They have a variety of options including flatbreads, paninis, wraps, bowls, and quesadillas. They had so many options, it was hard to choose. We ended up going with two flat breads, the Brazilian and the BBQ chicken. Each choice comes with a side(chips, mini carrots, yogurt, or fruit). They both had really good flavors and were cooked in an oven like those at Subway. We felt like it was a pretty good value and it was nice that they came with a healthy side. I will return to try other options that they have.

I was pleasantly surprised by this place. It took me a while to try it for the first time. I guess I assumed flatbread was just another name for wraps and this was just another Subway type place but using wraps instead of buns. The flatbread used for my panini was AWESOME! It’s not a wrap, or a tortilla for a burito. Apparently flatbread is made like regular bread but without yeast, so it doesn’t rise. It kind of tasted like what greek gyros are made in, but still different and tastier. Whatever it is, it was really tasty. What I really liked about it was that I can’t compare the turkey and cheese panini I got to anything else I’ve ever eaten. It’s not like anything at Subway, or at Quiznos, or Panera. It really stands on it’s own as a unique product. And a GOOD one at that. I will be back, for the unique tasty food alone. I got a bag of chips thinking I would need it like a sub sandwich can’t stand by itself without a bag of chips. But next time I’ll pass on the chips as the panini stands on it’s own. All the items on the menu had their calories listed and I don’t recall anything being over 600. Some were as low as 300. My turkey and cheese was about 500. The ambience of the place left me lacking though. It’s very dark in there, and maybe I just went on a day where the music was broken, but it was very quiet. And I don’t understand how the fishtank with live fish fits into the concept. With pamphlets for a place where one can get a custom fish tank, I think its presence was just an ad. This food in a brighter place with good music playing would easily be 5 stars in my book.

This is an interesting idea for a restaurant. I had the buffalo wrap and it was very good. I will definitely be back to eat here in the future.
