Best place for color I was a little concerned about my hair because it’s difficult in texture I’m mixed kid. but it was amazing. Color my hair for the first time. It’s feels really good still !!! Thanks Beatrize !!!

Oayah did a FANTISTIC job braiding my daughters hair. She really listened to what I wanted. The braids continue to look great even after swimming every day. If you are looking a braider who is good, quick and friendly, choose her.
The salon was also very nice place bright and airy.

SHE RUINED MY PROM DAY!!!
Strike 1:
More than a week before my prom I made an appointment for my hair to get done at 11:00 am, and I called again 3 days before prom to make sure everything was in check and the owner (Nyeisha) told me my hair appointment was at 1:00 pm while my classes picture for prom started at 3:00 pm.
Strike 2:
I get there at 1 and she is still working on my friend’s hair who’s appointment was at 10:00 am! My friend told me that Nyeisha and my friend’s mom got into an argument and wasted an hour, and caused my friend to cry and stress. So I had to wait until they were done.
Strike 3:
After my friend’s hair was done (by this time it was 2:55) I thought it would finally be my turn to get my hair started, I was wrong. Even though the owner knew it was prom day she put 2 people ahead of me. At this point I’m crying (makeup already done) and when she finally gets to my hair she says (with an attidtude), «What’s the matter? You late or something?»
Strike 4:
This girl still makes me pay! My hair was not in an updo which is what I wanted! It was washed, blow dried, and flattened, and she made me pay $ 65 for it. By the time I left it was 3:30 pm hair still a bit frizzy and not the way I wanted it at all. I walked out with saying thank you and she literally slammed the door right after.
I would recommend to NEVER EVER EVER come here. This is the worst customer service I have ever had. Prom day is supposed to be fun and a day you remember as one of the best, but it wont be that way for me or my friend.
Also the «$$» sign that says this place is cheap is a lie. It is VERY expensive to get your hair done. My hair is the tiniest bit below my shoulder and it cost $ 65 dollars. NO TIP FOR YOU!

Looking for a stylist who is great with Black Hair?
Nyeisha (Owner) does a great job on short styles. I was so excited to have the look that resemble Toni Braxton, Drea Kelly and Nicole Murphy’s short hair look. I wanted the soft looking finger waves without the gels and hair spray. I like that she’s quick, creative and works well with my hair. Thank you Nyeisha!

I am writing about the unprofessional and rude customer service that I received from Nyeisha (shop owner). I called her last week on Thursday ¹²⁄₁₉ and we scheduled an appointment for Friday 12÷27÷13 at noon. I called her today at 1:56pm and left a message because I had some questions regarding the service I was going to have done on 12÷27÷13 at noon. Nyeisha called me back and said she didn’t understand why I was calling because I missed my appointment and she had me down as a no call/​no show. She said she had me scheduled for wed or thur but wasn’t sure which day because she was driving. (Hello Wednesday was Christmas Day and Thursday (today) her shop is closed.) I informed her that there was no miscommunication on my end because she told me Friday at noon. She became upset and said that she was trying to help me out. WOW! Trying to help me out please. You wrote down the appointment date and time incorrectly in your appointment book, not me. Never once did she apologize for it .very unprofessional and rude. I ended the call and told her I will not need her services.

I’m so glad I found Nyeisha! She not only knows all hair types she manages her business as a professional. I always leave with a great style and healthy hair.

Bought a groupon and used it for haircut and conditioning treatment. The owner did my haircut and it came out exactly like what I wanted. Very happy with the results.
When I came in, somebody else washed my hair and I waited for about 10 – 15 min for the haircut, which I didn’t like because for that whole time, my head is cold from the wet hair and wind. Also, the conditioning treatment is basically a conditioner that they put after shampoo, which i guess not my expectation and I don’t think worth additional $ 20 (groupon money). But, I go to a salon for a haircut, and as far as the haircut, it was perfect. So, overall I’m pretty happy.

Vanessa styles my natural hair and does my make-​up. The ladies there are wonderful and so fun to be around. I love all the work Vanessa does.

her new salon is really nice with bright colors, modern furniture, is even next door to her father’s barbershop, which has been around for decades. clients of all ages and styles come to nyeisha to hook them up — kids, young professionals, moms, grannies, and everyone else in between – because she’s the best at what she does and (best of all) she’s genuinely a great person. highly recommend orchid salon!

I met Nyeshia at Safeway and right away I liked her positive attitude, she was so sure about what she was saying in regards t hair and I decided to give her a try, boyyyyyy was I in for a surprise, she was right on point! I wish I had met her years ago but happy that we met, since then, I have been going to her Salon and she hooks me up just right! Thanks Nyeshia and team!

Ive been a happy coustmer of Teagues barber shop for years. So for me, it was a no brainer to take my daughter to Nyeisha who is Teagues daughter. Its very convienent not to drive to Oakland anymore! My daughters hair is pressed and been getting longer and longer. My daughter is happy so am I. Nyeisha does great work just like her father. Happy to have her here in the City of dublin.
