While reading the other reviews, my experience was quite different. The staff on the floor was very helpful and kind. I was in and out (~10 minutes) with no problem and left very happy. I went to get links taken out of two watches, which was done very well at an extremely reasonable price. The woman who took care of me and did the work on my watches, Brittney, was just exceptional.

This place is too expensive and does not have the quality or integrity as the other private jewelers. Go to Diamond Cellar if youre looking for inexpensive, good quality, abundant selection & knowledgeable, attentive staff.
Every time I walk into a Fred Meyer, I feel like I’m inconveniencing the staff, and after getting another ring resized at DC, it was half the cost.

The rudest most incompetent staff ever. From damaging a ring in cleaning to asking my boyfriend to propose to me, to yelling across the store that I’ve been in before, no other jeweler on the planet could possibly compare with the exceedingly poor service. The blonde manager is the snipiest person I’ve ever dealt with. That store needs closed.
