I have been going to this Salon for over 20 years. Mercedes ROCKS !!! I always get compliments on my hair. I have Long hair and its a Double-​Process color, so her patience, and hard work are so appreciated. — I highly recommend Cuttin Up and the Lovely ladies that help us look beautiful !!

Love all the women at Cuttin Up hair salon. Rhonda has done my hair for 20 years and is an amazing stylist as well as an amazing, good, loving person. You feel like part of a family when you walk through the door, which is hard to find in this day and age. Give them a try.

Mercedes is amazing. I’ve been seeing her on and off for 2 years. Moved to LA and paid rediculous money for cut & color that weren’t nearly as good as what she does. Moved back to the Bay a few months ago but in San Jose now and she’s so good, I don’t mind the drive!

I love this salon, whenever I come in, I truly feel like part of the family. Except without a horse. I’ve been coming to this salon ever since my mom recommended it to me in the late ’90’s… and yes I’ve never stopped coming back! Sumer has been doing my hair for almost 15 years, I think. I’ve never been disappointed with the cuts or the colors that we’ve done… My mom is still going to her Mom, Linda as well. We both love this salon and the cozy comfy vibe you get when you come in. It totally reminds me of Steel Magnolias, in the best way possible, and with horses. =) I have sent tons of my friends to the salon and would be confident with any of the stylists that are there, since at one point or another they have all cut my hair at least once. If you go in, tell them Jeremy sent you! =)

Mercedes Esteban Redmond is fabulous… not only with color but also with cut. I get more compliments on my hair than with any other person I’ve seen. Been going to her for 2 years now and won’t go anywhere else. Love her!

A great hometown salon. I just get my hair cut here, but Rhonda always does a great Job for me. I come from a family business and enjoy dealing with other family businesses. This is definitely a family business with cousins, mothers, aunts and babies all working and/​or adding to the home grown feeling of this place.
I would assume that being a salon they are mostly serving women, because there are usually only women in there when I go, but I have seen men in there and I have sent my cousin in for a cut as well. Basically great service and great cuts for reasonable salon prices. And you know you are supporting a local family business and keeping your money in the local community.
