Burger King

I would give zero stars if possible. I work close, and this is the best option for lunch. They are consistently out of product, make the food wrong 50 percent of the time, and are unapollagetic when it happens. The staff is always yelling at each other. They prioritize the drive through over inside sales. I often have to wait 10 minutes or more for my order.

Went here for a quick dinner… I ordered a chicken sandwich and I asked for a couple of chocolate chip cookies. I got a mayonaisse sandwich, and 2 sugar cookies. The employee that took my food was rude, took the card and gave it back saying nothing. I’ll never be back again… Not even to get the right food. I tossed it and just went somewhere else.

Went in, getting food for roommates and myself. Two bacon doubles, two spicy chickens, medium fries. Guy in the back was clearly new, so I checked my stuff after. No bacon on the bacons, no spicy on the spicies. Went back up, told them the issue, was calm and cool about it. The manager came and remade my stuff, or so I thought. Pretty sure he just made some other burgers and handed me back the SAME FUCKING BAG, BECAUSE THERE WAS STILL NO GODDAMNED BACON OR FUCKING SAUCE LIKE JESUS CHRIST IT’S ONE FUCKING ITEM, THAT IS IN THE FUCKING NAME OF THE FUCKING SANDWICH, YOU THINK IT WOULD BE EASY TO REMEMBER. And then I had to remind them that I had fries too. If you ever order here, just be sure to check your stuff to make sure it’s all actually there, because there’s a 90% chance that it’s not, and when you go back up to get it fixed, check again, because there’s still a 90% chance that it’s wrong.

Just expect them to mess up your order. They’ve messed mine up around half the time. I hate having to check to make sure it’s right before leaving. Don’t know why I even bother coming here.

went to drive thru and placed my order. then wait in line for almost 20 minutes before I got to the windows. There were at least five cars in front of me. Each of one them took minutes of wait before pulling away. When it was my turn, the attendant took my credit card and charged. Then my minutes of wait began only to find out at the end they had the wrong order for me. When I told the attendant i order the sandwich, fries and drink. He couldn’t find my order. Disappointed, I asked for my money back and left. I will not go back to this BK again.

For the most part, I don’t usually run into an issue here… Well, that was until tonight
Now it was pretty late (I think it was around 11:20 or 11:30) and for some odd reason I couldn’t find any hours, so I assumed they closed at midnight, as I arrived, I noticed two cars in the drive thru, not pulling off, but waiting at the window, so they must be getting food… Right? So I figure «good, still open» and loop around to the drive thru
As I approached the speaker, I was told «welcome to Burger King, sorry, we’re closed», right as I was about to say ok and leave, I thought I heard the guy say something along the lines of «can I take your order?» (I clearly heard him say order), confused, I asked «What?» («Are you closed or asking for my order? Choose one»), and he replied «I said sorry, we’re closed», I said, «oh, okay» and drove over to the back of the Walmart parking lot to search for another BK, right as I was about to leave the proximity, I glanced over and saw two other cars looping around the drive thru, right as I thought they were leaving (because they are «closed» after all… Right?) they stop at the window, now why would they stop at the window after being told they were closed? Something tells me that instead of being told they were closed, that they were able to actually place an order
It’s not the first time fast food places around here have singled people out and refused orders to them before, definitely around «closing» time, places around Sawmill Rd have been getting pretty sketchy lately

Usually some seedy tattooed cashier at the drive-​through window who struggles with every aspect of her job. This location has been poorly managed for several years now, and after having our CC double-​swiped by one of these hung-​over girls twice in a year, we’re done with this one.

This place was horrible. I stopped in after work around 830 for a 10 piece chicken nugget that’s it. I was going to go drive thru but thank God I didn’t. So after waiting 10 minutes at the drive thru behind the same 2 cars I decided to go inside. Besides the service being just as slow the people were completely miserable. After waiting another 5 minutes I over hear one of the women behind the counter ask about the nuggets. The «cook» said he had forgot to put them and and would do it now and take them out in 20 seconds. Again thank God the woman behind the counter was there because she said «no you have to leave them in the whole time you can’t serve people uncooked food». Needless to say after that I wasn’t hungry and left without getting my nuggets or my money back. They were going to serve my uncooked chicken. I will never be coming back here or to any other BK, and I’ll make sure to tell everyone about this. It was truly horrifying!

Credit card machine was acting up and ended showing in my statement as Marrah investments — kina strange and a bit suspicious. Someone need to buy this store and start taking it serious and make money. Contact me if selling please.

S L O W…
Stopped here on a Saturday night around 10:30PM. Took at least 15 minutes to get 2 simple burgers. Not much of a line, just understaffed maybe???

Convenient location along Sawmill Road with easy access, (in spite of all the construction around the location — watch out for the potholes around the perimeter!) It’s a typical BK location … same menu options … same tasting food. It has a good size dine-​in area and typical fast-​food drive-​thru options. I’ve never seen this location very busy, (i.e. easy in, easy out). The food is usually pretty consistent which you would hope to expect a fast food chain. Service is «okay»; sometimes better, other times less. It’s good enough when you need something quick for a busy schedule.

wow, no lines inside or out but the lady was about to turn into something unburger king like and I’m not sure what because I think she thought they were busy as he**…
It’s not that serious, really.
