If I could give zero stars I would. My mom went there to send me a package. One of the associates there miss labeled my package with someone else’s. My mom paid for overnight shipping. I receive«my» package the next day. It was not my items. We called ups immediately. The manager, Dustin, was not available. For the last three weeks we have called almost everyday and almost everyday Dustin is not available. We finally found my package. It’s in Mexico and they say sorry but we cannot retrieve your items. We were then told they would reimburse us for my items. Like I said we are now three weeks later and I still have not been reimbursed for their mistake. DONOT use this store. The management has ran this situation terribly. Obviously does not understand customer service.

Three stars instead of two because the staff is nice. On two occasions I have had my mail given to other individuals. One letter contained a business check. The bigger issue is if you have a «prepaid postage package» you can’t drop it off there even though you have a mail box there. But if you have stamped letters, they will mail them for you. It doesnt make sense. Whats the point of being an alternative to the post office, if you dont offer the same services?

Pretty disappointed with this UPS branch. Let me start by saying the staff is friendly, but not sure what the problem is with their shipping process. I have shipped 3 packages on separate occasions, all USPS priority. Priority is supposed to be delivered withing 2 – 3 days(4 at the most). All three times have taken 5 – 7 days. I know they have to drive the packages to the USPS location, so that must be the issue. Maybe they wait long to take them, who knows. But, paying for what I believe will get there in the amount of time they say and then they don’t is super frustrating. I will not be using them again.

It is great to have a UPS store in the Drip. I’ve always found them to be friendly and quick, with rarely a wait for service. I did try them for copies but found FedEx/Kinkos on Brodie to be of higher quality. However, you can directly email the UPS store your material and they’ll quickly get it printed. If you don’t have time to drive all the way into Austin, this is definitely a good option.

I will definitely be using this location for shipping from now on! I called all over south Austin and Dripping Springs before I got a friendly, knowledgeable person on the line. Braden gave me all the information I needed and more. So refreshing!

Another visit to my local UPS store and just like last time the end result left me blown away. Count two different reasons for this visit. So I went in this morning to mail a painting, a DVD home theater in a box, and a tin Chevy sign. I could have went to the post office; but then I would have been responsible for my own packaging. The painting was roughly 3×4 sporting a colorful red rooster. The DVDHTIB I actually won the night before at the orange box Christmas party. The Chevy sign we picked up in Fredericksburg during our July 4th weekend. The staff which was oversized thanks to the holidays was friendly and helpful. They were packaging everything with the forthcoming total reflecting said charge. So we got a painting that cost $ 40, a $ 120 home theater in a box, and a $ 10 tin sign. The packaging and shipping totaled a whopping $ 210. That was more than the actual value of the merchandise! I slid the check card reluctantly thinking damn; well its Christmas. Holy crap thats alot of cash. About 50 minutes after my departure I got a phone call from the owner asking me come back and renegotiate the charges. I ended up with a $ 66 refund on the card. They found some way to package the painting and save the family some money. Huge star reward here; they could have just taken the money and ran all the way to the bank. The grandparents in Colorado got our packages today 4 days after we shipped them in tiny Ol’ Drippin Springs, Texas. Excitement filled the air except they asked when I was flying to Denver to hook up the new toy. Read the instructions and then I’ll drive to the airport if I must. The folks at the local UPS store did a great job even if it still cost me an arm and a ham to send the gifts. Bravo with a proper endorsement from Ol’ Rooster.
