McCoy’s is wonderful and the lady on the phone was incredibly helpful at locating the proper materials to complete one of our project. This material is not carried by the big box stores and you don’t get this kind of service there, either!

This is a no nonsense little hardware/​building supply. You will never have an «Aha! I really need that!» moment here. Its pretty boring and not geared towards impulse purchases. I go here sometimes if I need something because its on my way home and its reasonably priced.
One thing about this place is that its not very friendly, at least to us. I don’t know why; I don’t even want to speculate, really. I have tried to be nice and friendly, but I really get a cold-​eyed glare most of the time. My husband refuses to go in at all, anymore. I really hope its not an Ollie’s bbq kind of thing and its just our personalities.
