We are so happy we found this little gem, service was really good, coffee was good and crepes were superb! I tried the turkey and avocado and my husband had the Cowboy up both were delicious, we also shared the strawberries and cheese crêpe… So yummy! We are definitely coming back!

This place is a plate full of awesome sauce!!! The people are great! No matter what day, or what time you go there, the food and the customer service are top notch! No matter what you order, you will not be disappointed. I have tried several different crepes, and they are always delicious! Don’t walk, run to this place.

I tried this place for the first time today. The service and food were amazing. One crêpe is enough to fill you up. I will definitely be back to try the other breakfast/lunch and dinner crepes. This place is awesome and I would highly recommend it!!! Keep up the good work!

I’ve never been a crêpe fan but this place is great! We visited as a family of 4 and each ordered different crepes. They were all delicious! Reasonably priced. We enjoyed it.

I remember these guys from Fun Fun Fun Fest years ago & the crepes are just as delicious as they were then. So happy I stumbled upon them. These crepes are a beautiful thing! I ordered a savory crêpe and it was stuffed with chicken, mushrooms, and veggies. Came with a nicely dressed side salad. Can’t wait to come back again!

This establishment employs a deaf staff. How great is that?! The wait for food can be rather long — ours was 40 minutes after standing in line for 15. Each order is made from scratch and chocked full of quality, fresh ingredients. The Mediterranean with chicken was the standout of the 3 ordered within our group. Coffee is delicious. The ambiance is serene — very quiet because of the staff — and the space is small. Overall, enchanting.

My mom brought home some of the dessert and lunch crepes. They were chewy and not really good on flavor. They were just okay with hardly any flavor and you pay a lot for getting just a little. Pretty disappointed. Others don’t mind paying a lot for a little but it bothers me. They must be doing well at the other chains though to be having one here.

Delicious new experience for breakfast. I’m determined to go again and try the savory lunch crepes. My breakfast crêpe with jam and whipped cream cheese was perfect. From the time I ordered to being served was fast too. You can tell these folks are pros! I wasn’t expecting«presentation«but as you can see from the picture the crêpe was beautifully presented.

My only regret is that it took me so long to try out. The crêpe was ridiculously good. I had the apple, brie, honey, and walnut combo. The crêpe was cooked to perfection and the combination of the filling was just the right balance. The staff is hearing impaired, but communication is made easy by pointing to crêpe you want. The price is extremely reasonable for the quality of food. I will be back.

This place is adorable. The service was great and the prices aren’t bad either. I would have given them a 5-star rating but our order came out to be a bit on the tough side. Crepes should be soft and easy to eat but ours were a bit too hard. Other than that the flavor was great. We tried the Mediterranean Medley and the S’mores crêpe. I would definitely come back here again. Hopefully next time the texture will be a bit more delicate :)

Really more like 2.5. Food was ok but the crepes were to chewy. Flavors were good but nothing new. Very small seating inside. There is outside seating but if it’s cold, hot or rainy — skip it. In Texas that’s going to really cut down the timeframes I would go here. Absolutely skip if you have a little one. There’s no changing table and only one high chair for the restaurant. When we were there 3 parties had kids and no one was able to comfortably feed their kids.

This place is fantastic. My sister and brother and I were on our way to wine time in Fredricksburg and decided to stop for a crêpe. We had the prosciutto and apricot jam crêpe and it was made perfectly, with the right balance of each ingredient. Yes, the entire staff is hearing impaired so please either point to what you want or make direct eye contact when placing your order. Also, the only bad part was that there was an incredibly rude woman behind us in line who screamed(yes, screamed), «EXCUSEMEMA’AM!» Because she wanted a to go box. Don’t be that woman who both does not know how to wait her turn and screams at hearing impaired people to get their attention. That’s capital R — RUDE. Otherwise, they have a nice outdoor patio that can accommodate more patrons. The indoor restaurant is small with mostly two and four tops. We are making this a part of our wine time outing now. Crepes and then straight ahead for wine.

Absolutely delightful place to get crepes in Hill Country. I believe the entire staff is hearing-impaired(I didn’t figure this out until later!), and they’re really good at their job. Their breakfast and dessert crepes are standout, and the only minuses to this place are the limited seating and their own smash popularity, which can make getting in a challenge. This place gets 5 stars on the ‘CTJ Scale’, as noted below. 5 out of 5 stars: Come-to-Jesus good. Would be OK passing away after finishing a meal here. 4 out of 5 stars: Come-to-Mary good. Would be OK being seen eating here by Mother Mary. 3 out of 5 stars: Come-to-Joseph good. Would be OK having a beer here with Jesus’ Dad. 2 out of 5 stars: Come-to-the-Apostles good. Meh. Wouldn’t have my last supper here. 1 out of 5 stars: Come-to-Nobody good. I wouldn’t have my penultimate supper here, either.

Honestly I cannot say enough good things about this place. After my most recent visit I have fallen even more deeply in love with this restaurant. The staff cares about the product they put out. The finish product is nothing short of delicious. Then thing that would make this place better is if it were closer to my home. I’ve decided to rate this place five stars. You won’t find a bad meal on this menu everything is delicious and I think this place is worth the trip. I’m not sure if this place is listed as one of the top places in the hill country to visit. It should be and I will be making this list if I cannot find one. Bravo great job cannot wait to return again!

HUGE fan of this place! I was honestly a little surprised that this creperie even exists in Dripping Springs, TX, but couldn’t have been happier with our entire experience. First off, this is a deaf business, which I think is AWESOME. I’m pretty sure every person working at the Crêpe Crazy Café is deaf or hearing-impaired. It’s not overtly obvious until you get to the counter, at which point the woman at the register kindly pointed out that she is deaf and asked me to point to the menu items I wanted. No big thang. They do have really good signage all around the restaurant as well. You order your crepes — savory, sweet, whatever you like, take a number, and go sit down. They have indoor seating as well as a large covered patio, but we wanted to take advantage of the air conditioning. I ordered the proscuitto and apricot jam crêpe, Sean got the ham and swiss with bacon, and we shared a lemon dessert crêpe at the end. The savory crepes are served with a salad and are VERY sizeable, so actually we only had room for one or two bites of the dessert crêpe by the end. Each was delicious though! I think I actually liked Sean’s savory crêpe a little bit better(cheesier!), but that dessert crêpe had the perfect amount of sweetness. This place really does seem like a gem in Dripping Springs! Highly recommended.

How do you actually pull off a crêpe place in a Republican snortin’, outskirts of weird, dually driving, bud light drinking, if it ain’t fried smothered in white gravy I’m not eating it place like Drippin’ Springs? Amazingly, the recipe for the transformed former Oak Creek(fried everything) Café drive thru actually warrants kudos in my opinion. You would expect me to spend my time critiquing everything within a ten mile radius of the ranch telling the public of the highs and lows of Hays County dining. A few months ago I ventured in to sample some sweet options after my home cooked meal. Frankly, I wasn’t impressed. We ended up throwing out the boxes. I decided to visit for another round a few days ago to try the savory side of the menu. BTW, seems that all of the menu is available at 10:00 am which is nice for me as my lunch time is early thanks to my 5am start time. Its hard to find anything in DS other than breakfast food at that time. I’m sure glad I gave Crêpe Crazy another shot; the savory Florentine was delicious. A delicate crêpe filled with mushrooms, feta, ricotta, spinach, parmesan, and a hint of garlic paired with a mixed greens salad. Only gripe would be that the salad could have been tossed with a bit more of the vibrant dressing. Maybe next visit I should try the breakfast options!
