I’ve been going to Hauser’s for eight years and I would never go anywhere else. John and Andrew are very knowledgeable and honest, like the David Puddys of real life. They know all of their customers by name and always provide the best service. And they stand by their work. I’ve recommended John Hauser’s to a lot of people and only heard positive feedback. I honestly can’t say enough about them. But hey, don’t take my word for it — take the words of every single other reviewer who has given five stars and rave reviews.

This is honestly the first shop I’ve ever used where I didn’t feel like I was getting ripped off. The number of cars outside of the shop tells you all you need to know. Once people use this service they don’t go anywhere else. I just moved about an hour away and I’m honestly considering driving back whenever I need to get my car serviced.

These guys are great. My wife blew up her engine, and they got it in right away, and took apart part of the engine, confirmed the problem and just charged us for the oil change. That was 2 years ago, and now we only go here for work. They are all very nice, accomidating, and fair. I used to be a mechanic, so i know when people are honest about car repairs. I had problems with other local mechanics trying to rip us off, but these guys are the real deal!

Can I say that this place exceeded my expectations? Incredibly fast and superb service. I needed my front brakes and rotors replaced and before I could even decide on whether I would need a rental car for the weekend, I got a call from John telling me what was wrong, how much time they needed to complete the work and an estimate.
I dropped my car off on a Friday afternoon and by Saturday afternoon, I got a call back that my car was ready! For decades I dreaded taking my car in for service at numerous garages but for once I was completely satisfied with the work and time taken by John’s skilled mechanics. Not only that, the bill was incredibly reasonable so my wallet was very happy and even was offered information on things to consider for my upcoming inspection.
If you are in need of a fair, friendly professional garage, look no further. I will most definitely bring my car here for service again.

It all started maybe 7 or 8 years ago when we realized our good friend Michele and my grandmother were both raving about the same mechanic. Since then, my wife and I have taken every car we’ve driven to John and his crew and we’d never go anywhere else. Everyone we’ve ever done business with at John’s garage have been incredibly nice and helpful. More importantly, they’re HONEST. You’ll never get any shady extra repairs or anything like that… in fact John will usually go out of his way to get your car back in shape in the most affordable way possible (without any dangerous or illegal shortcuts, of course). They’ve got a reputation for doing good, affordable work, so they’re always busy AND YET we still usually get our cars back in one or two days. Can’t recommend them enough!
