Hollywood Tans is what it is… a franchised chain of tanning salons. At this location, though, today the manager (awesome color red hair — missed her name though) went above and beyond and made this location what sets franchise owners apart from the norm. I wasn’t able to use a week due to a medical procedure, and she was so understanding and patient, helping me credit the time I lost!!! This type of kindness make this location 5 stars and better than other local franchises alone.
