Can’t say anything bad about this place! This is where I discovered Zumba and Jenn E. is the best out there!!! Exercise in Disguise! This class is full of energy and I’ve met some of the nicest people here! If you love to dance THIS is the place to go!

I’m a Zumba instructor myself, but I always go to Jenn Eskridge’s classes at ASDC, twice a week if I can. She is an amazing instructor and has been featured in the Zumba QVC commercials. Her high energy is contagious, and her classes are so much fun. On Thursdays, she brings in disco lights to add even more to the party atmosphere.
If you love Zumba, you do not want to miss this class. Yes, it’s crowded, but the other people in the class are so much fun and really friendly! If you get there early, you can get a good spot that’s not too cramped.
The owner, Miss Patty, and the girls who work there are all very sweet, attentive, and helpful. I have nothing negative to say about this place! =)

Absolutely LOVE their Zumba classes here. They’re an intense sweat fest, and you can really feel the burn! Jenn is the instructor, and she is so full of energy! It’s definitely like a party with the lights off and disco ball.
The classes, which are offered and Tuesday and Thursday nights, tend to be crowded, but you still have enough room to move. Classes are $ 10, but your 6th class is free. (It’s so worth it!) The studio is located in a shopping center with lots of parking available.
Will keep returning! :)
