We live close to this store location and go 4 times per month with our family of 8. I’m not even kidding when I tell you that they forget something EVERY SINGLE TIME we go through the drive-​thru. By the time I get home, get the kids out of the car and unload our food, notice they’ve forgotten food in the order and call the store, it’s too late and too much trouble for me to get the kids back into the car so I can go back in to get the 1 – 2 things they’ve forgotten in our bags. I hate McDonalds, but if they’re going to give me everything I pay for, we’re going to just go there from now on. You’ve just lost out on $ 200+ every month from our family.

Ugh. Cold fries and a barely warm chicken sandwich. I’m sorry that I spent money on them. I did return the fries since I had specifically asked for «fresh fries». Most of the tables need wiped down. I won’t be coming back. Ever.

They mess up our take out orders every. single. time. And not in small ways or ways that can be amended. They gave me ranch dressing for an apple pecan chicken salad. Tonight we didn’t get any sauce for nuggets, one of two sandwiches was completely wrong, and the fries were probably the worst fries I’ve ever been served in my life… Not only were they overcooked but I think they were overcooked YESTERDAY. We have had to drive to this location since the one on State closed, and it is a huge disappointment to drive all the way home and realize that it’s not even going to be an AVERAGE Wendy’s meal. Avoid this location, or at least make sure you dine in so they can fix everything.
