— Overpriced, charged double than the other snow removal company I used
— Unresponsive, I prepaid upfront for my ceiling to be prepared, 3 weeks later nobody has come to do it. After countless calls and texts I am down money and ceiling is still a disaster
— Twice they said someone would show up, I took the day off and waited all day, never came
— Cash only or check
— Craigslist run operation and does not have professionalism
UPDATE: 6 months later+, no money, no work done
