I miss this place. I moved out of Lowell a couple months ago but I used to order from here once a week. I always got the turkey club meal. Sometimes my friend would get the buffalo chicken calzone. Both were amazing. I will say that the staff isn’t always the friendliest, unless you’re a regular. Once they knew me by face and by order they started warming up to me. Either way, it was worth it for their turkey club… which I am now craving 600 miles away *sigh*.

Lady’s weren’t too nice when taking our order. Paid $ 13 for a chicken salad and it has Martha’s 12 inch hair in it. SMH! The prices were astronomically higher than any of the other local«pizza houses». Giving them one star because I have to…

I’ve been here many times. But last time I went will be the last. I had ordered a cheese pizza and a large jojo fry which is on the menu. I arrived at Jimmy’s restaurant to pick up my order and the women there told me I didn’t order a large jojo fry. She was actually kind of rude when I told her I told her it was incorrect like it was my fault she got my order wrong. She kept telling me I ddin’t order a jojo fry but the only reason i went to jimmy was because i wanted a damn jojo fry. So at this point I said it was find id take the regular fry I didn’t want to make it a big deal. So when I went to pay she didn’t even give me my change back and it was over a dollar. She’s a brunette women in her early 40’s.

I have been going to Jimmys since I could walk. When I was younger, my family would go there every Thursday night for pizza. I’m well aware owners have changed since then, but it’s still a real great memory so I continued to go. Though the food wasn’t the same, it was still pretty good. My boyfriend ordered a pizza over the phone for pick up last week. He ordered a cheese pizza with pizza sauce, with fried buffalo tenders on top. Once the order was complete, we were nervous that he didn’t understand exactly what we wanted so we called back to be sure. They assured us it would be right. Some minutes later we picked up the pizza and headed home. Upon arriving home I realized I should have checked the pizza before we left the restaurant because the pizza looked like this: pizza crust, buffalo sauce, cheese, plain grilled chicken. My boyfriend then called Jimmy’s pizza back and explained how there was a mix up and was hoping they could remake the pizza and we would come back to exchange. We both work in the industry so we are more understanding than most customers I think. My boyfriend was told that we ordered a buffalo chicken pizza, then was repeatedly told the ingredients of that pizza, and he was told there was«nothing they could do.» I was mildly outraged, so I took the pizza back myself. After he ignored me for about two minutes, he came to the counter and just nodded at me. I said«This isn’t the pizza I ordered, and I would just like my money back please.» He then opened the pizza box, told me what we ordered, then whipped a menu out and started telling me what a buffalo chicken pizza was all over again. Eventually he put $ 7 on the counter. I told him I paid $ 17 for that pizza(not to mention the $ 3 tip we left). Very flustered and upset, he took $ 10 slammed it on the counter and then threw a penny across the counter towards me. I have never been treated so poorly over something so miniscule. I took the money and said«That’s all I wanted, you didn’t have to be so rude.» Then he started saying something about«next time» as if there was ever going to be one… My previous experience wasn’t great either. I went in at 9:30pm and ordered a steak and cheese. I was told I could only order pizza because they already cleaned the flat top. If you’re not going to serve your whole menu up until close, then you should make that known on the menu. The customer service here is by far the worst. After both of these not so great experiences, I can only suggest going to Family Pizza down the street. Their food is decent, and the people running it are the best.

So surprised to see the negative reviews. I’ve been a weekly customer here forever. The entire staff is great — from the couple who own Jmmy’s to the cooks. Everyone says hello and chats you up a bit even when they’re swamped I can’t say that I’ve had a lot of things on the menu but they make an excellent chicken & broccoli alfredo pizza(try it with lemon) and steak and cheese subs. The red sauce is good too so you can’t go wrong with any of their pizza. It’s also spotlessly clean.

I was very dissatisfied with the customer service I just dealt with. I had placed an order for a steak tip Caesar salad and a chicken teriyaki dinner. Both of these online are shown at $ 9.95EACH. Then I was charged $ 26.50! The delivery charge is only $ 2.00. I called back to find out why it was so much and the first person who picked up argued with me, finally shoved me off to the«boss» who continued to argue with me and tell me the prices changed«months ago» and yet they had not updated it online. He then refused to honor the prices shown online and told me to basically«take it or leave it.» I then cancelled my order and will never order from them again.

I order delivery from them. They were very nice, reasonably priced and it didn’t take too long. I got a Greek wrap; it was delicious! I would recommend them and order from them again.

The first time we visited Jimmy’s restaurant, was from a fortunate mistake. We thought we were getting a certificate for Jimmy’s pizza, and ordered one for Jimmy’s restaurant by mistake. Since we had the certificate, we decided to try it out. The restaurant is nice, lots of large booths, wide screen TVs. It looks like it would be a fun place on a weekend night when a game was on. We visited mid-week. The pizza is Greek style. We tried the artichoke, which came with artichoke, mushrooms, and red pepper. It was delicious. I’ll post a picture… One of my kids had a sub and fries. The sub was good, the fries and onion rings are typical of what you’d expect to get at a pizza place. Jimmy’s also has specials. One of my kids tried the Sheppard’s pie. It looked pretty good — came with meat, potato, carrots, and corn. He polished it off, and he’s pretty fussy. We would definitely go back.

This place is just your ordinary pizza parlor. I’ve always gone in to eat here. And they have good portions for their prices.

I passed by this place on Friday Feb 3, 2012 and remembered that they used to have pretty good pizza… then I got the pizza and used to have is definitely the right words to use. After my order was taken I saw a person grab a pizza from a stack of premade pizzas… I didn’t think that looked to appealing and when I brought it to my friends house we found out this pizza is horrible! It tasted like bad frozen pizza that they buy from a restaurant supplier somewhere. The pizza had no flavor and had that frozen pizza consistency. Avoid this place if they are cutting corners here I can just imagine what other things they do to their food.

This is a comfortable pizza, subs, and other stuff spot. The prices are reasonable, the people are friendly, and it is very clean. You can see the entire kitchen from the counter, and it is comfortably shiny and spotless. This is a convenient local spot to grab a quick and satisfying meal.

This casual family restaurant seems to be popular with locals and senior citizens(who get a discount). Jimmy’s Restaurant is an order at the counter place with overhead menu boards and an open kitchen. There’s booth seating near the counter and in the relaxed dining room. Food is served on regular dishes for those dining in. Beer(draft & bottle) and wine are available at a dedicated bar counter in the dining room. The extensive menu offers traditional pizza, 22 specialty pizzas, calzones, subs, syrians, burgers, salads, soups, pasta, Mediterranean food, chicken, seafood, side orders, children’s menu, desserts, Pepsi drinks, and more. Daily specials are offered include stuffed peppers, shepard’s pie, meatloaf, chicken pot pie, pastichio, pot roast, chicken cacciatore, lamb dinner, and BBQ ribs. The prices are reasonable, most items including the dinner plates are under $ 10, seafood dinners(haddock, shrimp, scallops, whole clams) a bit more. The pizza is decent, which has a light thin crust with thick soft edges. Syrian style pizza is also available. Also, the chicken cacciatore(with spaghetti or ziti) served with garlic bread is pretty good, add a side salad for $ 2.(3.7 stars) HOURS: Sun-Thurs: 11AM-10PM; Fri-Sat: 11AM-11PM
