I want to love this place. The coffee, the scones, the smoothies… they are all delicious. Unfortunately, the aloof hipster vibe of the employees kills me every time i walk in the door. The owner is generally present, but he just seems to be running around in circles all the time and doesnt seem to be bothered by his group of 20-something hipster female employees who need a team of three to make a bagel with cream cheese. it appears there are always at least 4 – 5 employees working behind the counter and only one or two of them appear to be doing anything. they seem to get annoyed whenever you try to order something, like you are interrupting their social hour. and i mean, i love a pair of yoga pants like everyone else, but the employees always look very sloppy and like they hit the bong in the parking lot right before their shift. you’d think with 5 people working that you’d be able to have quick customer service, but it only appears that each employee is only trained to do one thing. One can work the register, one does the fancy coffee, one does the regular coffee and one makes bagels. When something unexpected happens, like this morning when they ran out of salted caramel syrup for the guest in front of me, all 4 employees on the floor stopped what they were doing and ran in the back to figure out if they had more syrup. there was a line of people waiting and it took all 4 employees to figure out the salted caramel emergency? two people actually walked out during this debacle, but it didnt seem to bother them. by the time i went up and ordered my coffee, the girl completely didnt pay attention to my order and had to ask for clarification on a black coffee and scone twice. i think the owner could cut his prices by not staffing the store with 5 incompetent employees at a time and maybe focusing on one or two employees that can handle the job. it pains me to say all this, as the coffee is delicious, but if the customer service doesnt improve they arent going to be successful. why cant they just open a starbucks in dracut?

The clueless employees ruin this place. Rude, slow as hell, and ignore you half the time. My last visit was the last straw as i stood there for what felt like forever to even give my order(just juice) and then wait for literally over 20 minutes for them to make it. And when she finally was done, she just called out what it was, walked away and turned her back… very bizarre behavior from these girls every time I’ve been there. Another time i asked for coconut ice cream and was told ‘no we don’t have coconut. We only have toasted coconut.’ Uhh. wwhhaaa? The prices are way too high to bother. I won’t be back. I wanted to like this place so bad.

Frobies is my favorite coffee shop in town, and the best one I’ve ever been to. My order has never been wrong in all the times I’ve been there(which is quite often), and the taste and quality is consistent. Their coffees are strong and dark, which is to my liking. They also offer cards for you to use with every coffee purchase, in which they’ll stamp one of 10 beans each time. Once your card is full, they’ll give you a free one! Another aspect of Frobies that is love how all of their products are local, and their to go cups are made from recycled materials. The employees are all friendly and helpful, and the place is decorated very nicely.

This place is something special. I usually go on the weekends & a few times there have been farmers markets & craft fairs. The coffee is awesome and actually tastes like coffee, better than the brown water d&d sells. My favorite juices are the kale Rickey & mo beta. I usually get the rickey but ive had the hyper monkey & the cherry avocado smoothies when i wanted something more substantial-both were delicious. Very comfortable atmosphere & healthy, tasty food – this place is a standout!

I really want to love you. I love your Banana Chai smoothie, so much that I just make it at home(I even bought the same chai…) because well, $ 6 for that tiny cup is just a rip off. That being said… I love your coffee. I love the variety of flavors. I like that you offer agave. And tons of sizes. That’s really cool. I like that you also have gluten free food. I like this one tall brunette girl and taller gentleman that works there. They are really nice, very attentive, able to answer my questions and just overall REALLYFRIGGINGREAT. I REALLYLIKETHEM. I always hope they are there when I come in for my coffee, because Dunk’s is gross, and their coffee has soy in it(crazy right) I wish that when when I came in sometimes, I didn’t get stared at, like I didn’t belong. Or gawked at like I’m interrupting a conversation. Or have them just keep talking while making my coffee and I have to repeat it 3 times(Just a large iced coffee, maple spice, black, I need a lid…) I know you’re a work, and work sucks… but come on. And I wish that they knew what was IN the food. I have like really bad/weird allergies. I asked once and couldn’t get an answer, so this will just be my coffee place. … my coffee place when I don’t make my Banana Chai smoothie at home.

The atmosphere here is fantastic. It’s a fun, down to earth shop with great people. My drinks are perfect every time and everything they’ve suggested to me has been delicious. I can’t see going to a Dunkins with Frobie’s around. There’s coffee, ice cream, bagels, breakfast sandwiches, and tons of healthy options including fresh, healthy juices made by knowledgeable, involved people. There are gluten free options and they are more than willing to help you out. I go there on my lunch break almost every day. I suggest an iced coffee with dark chocolate and banana or a cherry blossom /toasted coconut frappé.

Finally Dracut has a good coffee place with fresh breakfast sandwiches and great coffee. Even the donuts are fresh. My wife, kids and I loved our stop here. We will be back.

Service could be better. Requested a medium ice coffee with organic caramel syrup and soy milk. The girl making my coffee was having a side conversation the entire time. It was super awkward as my boyfriend and I were standing there not knowing exactly what she was trying to do. As she poured the black coffee into my cup, she suddenly remembers that I had asked for soy milk instead of cream, so I see her reach into the fridge then slams the soy carton on the counter and says«here, you add it.» and… walks away. Not once did she stop talking to finish her service without any distraction, or say«have a nice day.» I poured my soy milk in, fine, cool. Now… I need a lid. At this time, she already took off into another conversation with about 3 other girls«working» behind the counter and I had to bother another worker who was also busy doing other things for a lid on my coffee cup. The entire duration was awkward. I don’t think I will be returning. They had way too many employees chatting instead of working. My boyfriend wanted coffee but seeing how they were so occupied with their conversation, he changed his mind and grabbed dunks instead. Remember, all I wanted was an ice coffee. Service took way too long all because she was more interested in having her conversation. Please train your staff to be a little bit more attentive. The reviews I have read are great, but my experience was a blow.

Delightful café! Super clean and full of healthy options, I tried a Farmers natural juice which is kale and strawberries it was delicious. All the staff were busy cleaning when I walked in! Great to see a local café open later than most. I also had an ice latte which was very good. Glad I stumbled upon this place. I will be back.

My son and I come here for a treat every once and I while. I love the ice cream. This place use to be all mixed up, which was frozen yogurt only. I liked that place but this place is so much better. They have a lot of different options from frozen yogurt to hard ice cream.

What a great find! We came into Frobies in search of bagel sandwiches, and we were not disappointed. With fresh eggs, spinach, and avocado, as well as a wide variety of bagel options, the sandwiches were incredible! It was a very short wait time, and the staff was so friendly and helpful… I would say they definitely went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We also got some wonderful coffee. We’d like to come back to try their fresh juices and dessert sandwiches as well!

Everyone in Dracut needs to start coming to Frobies for their morning coffee. They have fantastic coffee. They have also have the best hard ice cream in town. I will put their ice cream up against ML Shaws. The yogurt is yummy too.

I have fallen in love with this place! my sister had all 4 wisdom teeth out and DESPERATELY wanted something from a juice bar or a smoothie. I googled and found this place– 7 minutes from my moms house! I was blown away by their customer service, and the options. I personally got the«berry detox» which I thought was delish. My sister talked to the woman over the phone and they came up with a concoction that would accommodate her allergies– as well as not have any seeds or anything that would get stuck in the holes in her mouth from surgery. My mother tried the mango pineapple smoothie and my other sister got vanilla ice-cream. This will be my new go to place. :)

Good food and great coffee. The place has a clean atmosphere and is really well made. It’s comfortable and is like a place you’d sit to enjoy yourself rather than just jump in and jump out. Highly suggest coming by.

Been meaning to review this shop for a few weeks. I had an absolutely amazing first experience at Frobie’s Café. It feels like EVERYBODY at the café is very friendly and very passionate. They know and seem to really love everything on the menu, and are happy to explain anything on the menu for you. The self-serve sundae bar looked great with tons of options. Everything looks fresh and clean. My girlfriend got herself something from the sundae bar and loved all the options. I got a cone.(Then I got another cone when I left. HA!). The ice cream was great. I’ve had good smore/graham cracker ice cream from a few places, but none of it stacks up to the Smore flavor at Frobie’s. My mouth is watering thinking about it. I have to talk about the shop itself. It is a nice big restaurant. It has great seating choices. There are the types of tables and seats that you would expect from a café, but there are also nice big couches, comfortable easy chairs, and just a generally great atmosphere. It’s a bit of a ride for me to get out to Dracut but this place is definitely worth driving to. Can’t wait to go back!
